The hotel bar & restaurant looked nice on arrival. The rooms however where not clean The floors wasn’t vacuumed and moped. Coffee & food from the last people who staid was still there. A uncleanliness feel in the room. I slept in my clothes. I couldn’t wait to leave. I complained & one of our rooms was changed to a better room but unfortunately again it was not clean. We had no choice but to stay due to our road trip time frame. The Ukrainian lady at the front desk was not very polite, very rude & not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects a clean & up to date room. It’s a shame really because I could see how good the hotel must have been when new.

Our room was comfortable and very clean. However, I wouldn't recommend staying on the first floor of this hotel if possible. Our room had a patio slider door (in addition to the regular door) as it opened into the dining area on the inside of the hotel. So we weren't able to open it at night for fresh air, like a window. Also it made the room dark as opening the shades gave us no privacy if we wanted to let light in. I think a room on a higher floor or one had a window that faced the outside of the hotel would have been better.

My stay was very underwhelming. Place didn’t feel overly clean. Elevators were sketchy, buttons wouldn’t always work. 1 bar of soap provided, had to share between sink and shower.

Hockey academy boys running halls and knocking on doors for hours, they were loud, rude obnoxious. No discount given or apology from hotel staff

Liked the two bedrooms for my family and was clean.
The air did not work, which was uncomfortable. It was at 24.5, too hot. The fridge froze our food and the room smelt like smoke. Interior room with no windows really dark and could hear noise from lounge below. Breakfast was $13pp, expensive for a whole family.

The bathtub was dirty, the pull out just had sheets and when I asked for a blanket they said they don't have. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and one of the tv's didn't work
