冬天來額爾古納，這裏的性價比簡直不要太高，房間超級大，環境整潔舒適，服務人員非常nice，淡季來還免費升了房，酒店旁邊有市區最大的超市，購物非常方便，經理小姐姐特別熱情，給了很多旅行的建議，一定會再來打卡的

想了很久還是忍不住説，沒給1分，完全看在前台姐妹當時誠懇的道歉的份上，在入住雲頓之前住的希爾頓，走之後住了滿洲里飯店，入住體驗差距過大，讓我的不適感更嚴重。
入住的時候，額爾古納淡季價格較高的酒店衹有額爾古納大酒店和雲頓，同行的姐姐説這家是新開的不如住這間。沒想到這成了我本次行程最大的敗筆。
馬桶上的尿漬沒有處理，打電話給前台，阿姨來處理的時候態度簡直可笑，沒有道歉，表情自大，擦的也是很不仔細，擦完馬桶尿漬那一圈之後，直接接着用擦完尿漬的布把馬桶圈翻下來繼續擦。。真的太臟了。打電話給前台投訴之後，前台很認真的向我道歉，給我買了東西，沒收。原本到這裏的時候，我是不會寫差評的。
但晚上洗澡打開洗漱盒我是真的氣笑了，裏面兩把牙刷之外，放了四把梳子，其餘東西就沒有了。住過四位數的酒店也住過兩百多的，一些小城市的全季淡季也是兩三百，酒店的設施和服務完全無法對標全季，看到評論説暑期價格要1600，也是瞠目結舌，開了不到一年的酒店有這麼多的差評，酒店真的應該好好反省反省吧。我不知道這個酒店的管理體制是怎麼樣的，我遇到的有尿漬和洗漱用品亂擺不光是保潔阿姨打掃不用心的問題，查房制度的問題彷彿更大，不認真查房，甚至可以説是不查房，才會導致阿姨的不用心。整個呼倫貝爾最糟糕的住宿體驗。

性價比很高，前台看起來不像四鑽酒店，但是進房間後，床、硬件設定都很好。酒店是智能酒店，額爾古納市區不大，位置還算可以。美中不足，空了很多房間，沒做升級。這個稍感遺憾。
