I've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times in the last few years, as it is a stopping point for me on trips to and from Michigan from Arkansas. In as much time, I can tell that the level of TLC to the interior and exterior of the property has declined. Common hallway floors are dirty with food crumbs, etc. The basics are being covered, and it's probably due to staffing, but the overall conditions are seemingly tired and in need of routine updates. Dining room staff is VERY friendly and working hard. Front desk staff was indifferent, not impolite, but certainly not overtly welcoming. Next time, I will probably move over to the Hampton Inn or the new hotel being built (Home 2 Suites) next door.
