Worst place to stay. Dirty and toilet doesn't work in a room, so merry christmas if you need to use it...Paid $150 to hold my bathroom things till morning.. such a shame. Cant understand why they are a part of the Marriott.

Stayed here from Saturday, September 16, 2023 to Sunday, September 17, 2023. Booked a suite but was upgraded using my suite night awards to a 2-Bedroom suite, which was seamless. Check in around 10:15pm was quick, no mention or thanks for being a Titanium Bonvoy member but the guy was very nice. Got to the room and it was 62 degrees. Not a big deal, i put on the heat. Pull out the sofabed which had urine stains all over it. Gross. But it is late, cover it with sheets for my kid and go to bed. King bed in bedroom was super worn out, my wife and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. Upgrade your mattresses! Television in living room turned on but went black after about 2 minutes of being on. Televisions in the bedrooms seemed to work, but internet TV was not working, so no netflix for me. Breakfast was basic and typical for a residence inn. I did not complain or bring any of this to managements attention because I got in late, just wanted to get to bed, and left the next morning. Broken TV. No heat, worn out stained beds. Do better Marriott.

The reception and welcome from Jessica was outstanding. This lady delivers warm, personable hospitality. Jessica carefully selected the suite location choice and blocked it during a pre-arrival phone call. Our late arrival (Mid-Night) was honored and the arrival went smoothy. Every request made to the housekeeping staff was promptly delivered with a smile. As a former hotelier I was impressed with the quality of service.. no request was ignored and all quickly responded to delivered with a gracious smile. Our stay was for 10 nights over the Labor Day weekend. We did have an opportunity to experience the hotel in depth. First, this was one of our few journeys since COVID began so much has changed in the industry as a whole. This property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The footprint of the property with multiple access doors requires some adjustment, but once made it is generally easy to park near the closest access to your room. Great location for shopping and the airport. The Walmart across the street is very busy but convenient. The noise level is tolerable. Property Review - The best way to describe it would be "Retro 60's" The decor package desperately needs an upgrade. However, it is well maintained and clean. The property gets a lower rating for "noise" intrusion.. There was a frequent thumping of foot traffic from the suite above, leaving us somewhat dismayed at the lack of sound insulation between floors. Several times alarms, not ours, startled us awake thinking they were "fire alarms " around 4am, only after a call to the desk, we learned they must just be clock alarms from nearby rooms. The property is heavily occupied by workers in the area I was told. The beds were exceptional and very comfortable and the pillows and linen the same. The kitchen area was a little "light" in basic supplies but sufficient. Upon arrival "Midnight" the room smelled of an odor.. perhaps "fish having been cooked" and the front desk came to spray which did temporarily mask the odor. The odor persisted throughout our stay but only a minimal distraction. We found the TV's small and hard to view from anywhere in the suite. In a world of large home TV's these were the size of a computer monitor. (Back to a need for an upgrade)

Horrible experience! In one bedroom suite there were only one set of towels, one hanger, no hand soap upon our arrival. Breakfasts are the worst out of all Residence inns we've ever stayed(and it's quiet a lot of number) - three or four black bananas, no waffle makers, the menu was the same during our five days stay with very few options. No one even once came to clean our room, or at least to change towels and empty the trash bin, I'm not even talk about making or changing the bed(it's a new Residence Inn standard, do not expect it to be done). For Marriott members there is not a lot of choice in Jersey shore, though, so be prepare to have poor service.

My husband was sent to New Jersey for work and he brought me and our 2 teen sons along to accompany him. We are Hilton Diamonds but we decided to make reservations at Residence Inn Atlantic City. We do not regret it at all. Not only were we able to reserve a room with their excellent Government Rate , but from the very first moments we walked in the hotel, Jessica Pagan, the Front Desk Supervisor greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was very kind and informative. She also found us an incredible room that met our needs as a family of 4. The complimentary hot breakfast every morning is a plus (they even have dairy-free yogurt) and Carmen from the kitchen staff is very friendly and attentive. The young man at night in the front desk together with housekeeping quickly attended a situation we had with the security box. My family and I all have felt the warmth of this hotel from all the personnel we have encountered (I feel bad that I don’t know all their names so I can mention each one) It feels like home away from home!

We had work done on our house, so we had quite an extensive stay, but the staff here made us very comfortable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were wonderful to us. The rooms were super clean and fresh, and the common areas were scrubbed down every day. The free breakfast was incredible, with so many choices, and the dining area is lovely. Linda, the housekeeping supervisor, is doing a fantastic job! Rick from maintenance was absolutely the hardest worker and very helpful, and the front desk staff, especially Tracy, were kind and friendly. The pool was nice, and the outside grounds were clean.

First impressions. The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning. Floors, stations appear dirty and sticky. Then, you get to the room. It appears that the air fresheners or air cleaner is on maximum sent to drown out the ********* smoke and who know what else. The sign clearly says it is a Non Smoking Hotel but clearly not enforced. The carpet in the room and floors need deep steam cleaning. The vents and ceiling by the vents are dirty and dreaded having to open the curtains with the stains of who knows what what on them. The bathroom is dirty and stains of something on the walls and doors. Just an all around non pleasant stay. The staff is nice but unable to overshadow the grime. The breakfast is basic and the area is just worn and not clean. It really needs a deep scrub. Really yuk. Also, non guests wonder upon the parking lot. There should be a rule that only guests should wander about the grounds. Review the pictures and see for yourself and come to your own conclusion. Just keeping it 100. . Would not stay at that location again

Hotel property was immaculate!! Room was huge and spotless!! We were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom Suite with Living Room and Full Kitchen. The Free Breakfast was incredible also. We were in town for an event at the Borgata. Only a 10-12 min drive, very accessible. But the greatest part of this property was Crystal the Front Desk Supervisor. She was incredibly helpful, courteous, and caring. She deserves her Position and a Promotion!! Nothing but positive thoughts when it comes to this property.

Cable never works can’t load HBO and Netflix which is unbelievable at a Marriott. I travel the east coast and this mariott is far below standards. For the rates being charged. Not too many hotel choices in the area.
