location abid outside but the food there really good. great breakfast

I travelled 77 countries and I stayed many hotels but I can say that this hotel is my favorite!! We kept talking we are happy because we stay this hotel. and the hotel staff David was very kind and professional. He helped us and gave all the information we needed. Thank you David . Everything was perfect!! My mom was so happy to stay in this hotel. We rested so comfortably and relaxed . She calls this hotel ‘our best hotel’ :) Thank you for giving us this happy memory !!

Super bad experience! It is a private family workshop mode. The boss has a very bad attitude. He does not accept any communication at all and handles problems with cold violence. Due to weather reasons, the road was temporarily closed. The only way to the hotel was blocked by the police. The hotel could not be reached due to force majeure. Ctrip also said that similar situations can be negotiated for a full refund. After many negotiations with the store, I showed 200% sincerity and hoped to negotiate a solution, even if I deducted part of the room fee, but the store's attitude was always bad, and even in the end I didn't answer the phone at all, and directly deducted more than 2,000 yuan a night. The actual check-in experience is really unbearable, but this kind of store may not be much better. I hope that friends who want to choose this one will be cautious! Iceland has changeable weather and a vast land with few people. The evil of human nature will only make your journey feel extremely cold.

真的很不錯的酒店，雖然房間不多，但是每一件都很不錯，落地窗。工作人員不錯，幫助解決問題，而且晚餐廳也挺好

酒店位置相當好，在湖邊，環境悠然，設施齊全，硬件不錯，早餐也相當可口。傍晚可以泡在酒店湖景温泉裏喝咖啡😁

我在1001見到了最美的極光給給酒店加分不少，對於我而言，房間沒有燒水壺或者咖啡機是和缺陷，什麼喝的都沒有。

進入埃伊爾斯塔濟的前哨站，森林小屋式的酒店，風景不錯，也是快捷酒店的服務設施
