We booked 11 rooms. The booking was uncomplicated, and accompanied by the reception very competently. A bug from me in the booking, was corrected without problem. Thank you all involved. The rooms are very beautifully furnished and very clean. The only negative point is the glass door to the bathroom and toilet.

The industrial area, the goods lift, the proximity to Zürich airport and its noise from 6h30 to 23h00.....ne I don't mind .........but ..... Tripadvisor writes ”3 stars” ..... I say ”1,5 stars” Tripadvisor says ”kitchenette” .....je says ”false, There is no one »...par contre there is a boiler, 2 small bottles of water and 4 bags of tea ... Damn, no refrigerator! It is warm in the room because the outer isolation is poor. There is a problem of isolation between the rooms, since I heard the occupant of the room round the side. When he clacked his entrance door ... that moved my head of bed ... The check-in computer was in trouble. The hotel was very good and it was very good and very good. Between the first and second trip she was in my room....grrrrrr! She could have asked me if she could enter. I hate cannabis, but on the second floor there is a processing company and the smell spreads early in the morning in the corridors and rooms. WiFi is a disaster, it is very unstable .....ma 4g worked better to watch movies on my smartphone. Once the ventilation is lighted in the bathroom, it feels the moisi ... For French speakers there are two French TV channels and it's France24 and Tv5 Monde. - by night without breakfast....Even if you are close to Zurich, it's a very bad quality/price ratio .... A positive point .....la dame at the phone when check-in speaks French ......but it doesn't matter for me, because I can auf Deutsch talk! ☹️

We stayed 5 nights in a triple room. The room was spacious and clean, came with a refrigerator. Good included breakfast. What we liked was that they had a nice area outside you could sit and have a drink (bring your own or have a beer or wine that they sell). You can use the area inside or outside to eat anything you bring back to the hotel, they have microwave you can use. The staff was pleasant, we had no issues. If you walk out of the back of the hotel the train and bus station is less than 5 min. Keep in mind this is a limited service hotel, no restaurant. There are 4 restaurants and a grocery store within a 5-15 min walk.

Best Service, nice Location, near from Rheinfall, walking distance only 10 min. Very good Breakfast. Great location near the Rhein waterfalls. Easy walk to the falls and dining. The room has everything you need and was very clean. Check-in was easy and there is plenty of free off Hotel parking. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. I’ll be back. Thank you.
