its s a nice hotel, but when fully booked, the lifts are a problem and the pool is packed

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement luxueux. Tout était parfait !
Tout d’abord, excellent accueil par Elena à la réception.
Nous avions une très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer rouge.
Nous avions également l’accès au Lounge où Moran s’est occupée de nous à la perfection.
Enfin, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et je vous recommande également de dîner au Ranch House le restaurant de l’hôtel: service de rêve assurée par David ainsi que Shahar le manager.
Il a deux très belles piscines et un accès direct à la mer.
C’est sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel à Eilat et un des meilleurs en Israël.

Séjour en avril donc nous avions demandé avant la réservation si l’eau de la piscine était chauffée et cela nous a été confirmé mais hélas à notre arrivé ce n’était pas le cas , nous avons été dédommager avec un accès VIP pour le petit déjeuner et l’accès au sauna et club VIP pendant notre séjour ! La directrice était d’une ‘grande amabilité . 1 seul bémol le parking est jamais disponible et il faut payer les place dans la rue

Royal garden Eilat Restaurant très sympa mais le service est catastrophique . On doit attendre 30 minutes pour être servi et les erreurs s’accumulent . Les serveuses parlent entre elles et ne vous entendent pas quand vous les appelez ( ou font exprès de ne pas entendre ). Vraiment dommage
