The best in Eilat, large and comfortable rooms, excellent service direct access to the red sea, and snorkeling. The refurbished rooms are very good. The hotel is just across the Mall and the Eilat boardwalk. Who could ask for more…. We will be there again, for sure!

Ужасные условия и такоеже обслуживание я сичас нахожусь внем номер 323 . Нам сказали что из того что нас перевели из другой гостиницы нам уменьшили наши условия жизни так как ето гостиница 5 звезд но по факту ето мусорка в которую больше я неприеду

Постельное застелено плохо, с пятнами. Стаканчика для зубных щенок нет. Блокнота с ручкой нет, чтобы записать что-то. Халатов нет, тапочек нет( номер супер люкс премиум). Ершика в унитазе тоже нет. Чайник с водой использованой остался. Налет в чайнике

A 12 persons family soent 3 amazing nights at this accomodation. The staff was deeply commited and dedicated to make our holiday calm and comfort, although rooms weren't ready at time, Hila from the reception made for us a very friendly and polite check in

מיקום המלון מצוין קרוב לקניון לטיילת , מסעדות וסופר מרקט. בריכה גדולה יפה נעימה ונקייה. האוכל מצוין עם המון מבחר ואפשרויות יש ירידה לחוף ים מהמלון היינו בחופשה משפחתית זוג+ 3 בסוויטה רויאל עם ג'קוזי עם נוף מדהים לים The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the promenade mall, restaurants and a supermarket. A large, beautiful, pleasant and clean pool. The food is excellent with lots of choice and options. There is a walk down to the beach from the hotel. We were on a family vacation, a couple + 3 in a Royal Suite with a Jacuzzi with an amazing view of the sea.

Stayed here for about a week. The room was lovely as was the service. I really liked that there was a Nespresso machine so I could make my own cafe americanos just like I do at home. The bed was also comfortable and I found that I slept so well during my stay in Israel. I also thought the lounge access was a nice perk and definitely worth it. I ate breakfast every morning in the lounge and loved that there was a variety of items to try every morning. Like having smoked salmon every morning for breakfast was definitely a treat. The espresso macchiatos reminded me a lot of what I used to get made for me by Italian trained staff overseas. The staff was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

We went with our family for my fathers soccer tournament along with my 5 year old niece. The staff were beyond excellent when it came to comforting her when she was sobbing like kids do, even went as far to check up on her the day after. Beyond that they even supplied her with food beyond the allocated time table, when, she spilled it they refilled it again.

We had a reservation for 7, and the rooms were prepared only for four... One of the two rooms stinks from cigarettes we came with 5 children but the rooms weren't beside each other There is a coffee machine in the room but each capsule costs money The gim also costs extra money
