That is the thired time im visiting this hotel, i can not explain how perfect this hotel is , always clean and kind people, all of them! All the time! The food is varied, fresh, tasty and clean, every time I'm pleasantly surprised, the level doesn't drop... and a few other things you should know, there is a bar open for hot and cold drinks all day... at four o'clock there is coffee and pastry, there is no need to pay outside for anything... everything is included in the price .. Anyone who didn't come, the truth is, doesn't understand what he did in the other hotels

Our room was noisy, as it was located next to the entertainment room, which caused loud noise in the room every day until 11 PM. The room is not built with double glazing to reduce the noise, and you can hear every car passing on the nearby road. Very poor experience for a familiarly vacation The staff was nice and made an effort to help. While the location is ok, it is close enough to the hotels area, and the price was attractive compared to other places.

Просто ужас.начиная с вранья при заказе,заканчивая ужасной кухней и хамством персонала в столовой,особенно мерзкий тип,который готовит яишницу,хам и гизан. Номер более менее,бар в лобби пойдет,спасибо бармену Светлане.Стоянки нет,на 2й день ударили машину напротив гостиницы,попросили админа камеры,вежливо послали на …ирию или миштару.На бассейне балаган из количества детей и таких же безответственных родителей,по плотности больше,чем бассейн.Вообщем1й и последний раз.

Самое ужасное место,где приходилось побывать,персонал на Рецепшине не приветственный,ведут себя грубо и не разъясняют заранее свои требования,администратор вообще сказала после предоплаты,не нравится можете уходить,это после приезда последним автобусом из Тель-Авива!

Terrible hotel, very dirty, filthy rooms. We came for a week and left after 2 nights. Tasteless food in the restaurant, dirty, smelly corridors. The only plus is the staff. The rest is terrible. The location is inconvenient, everything is very far away

The rooms are very comfort and relatively big, 2 big swimming pools and another one for the little ones. The food is great and fresh, middle-eastern dishes, free popsicle in the day; drinks and beer. We stayed in it for the last two years - each year twice, and we definitely will come back. It is a hotel with special and awesome attitude.

A nice hotel 15 minutes from the Mul Yam shopping mall and 10 minutes from the Singing Fountain (time walking with small kids). Great stuff, excellent cuisine at the hotel restaurant, had really great time with our kids! The only minus is the only one elevator for the hotel
