The coffee is VERY WEAK!!! Just a fruit salad and no other fruit options. Cakes and sweet biscuits that are all industrialized and tasteless, bought cheaply in poor quality markets. Box cake. Always the same things that no one wanted to eat from previous days. Only two types of bread and tasteless. Lost and discouraged employees. Even before closing time, guests have to ask for anything to be replaced, including basic things like napkins and cutlery.
Friendly and attentive reception staff. In the bathrooms there is no shower or curtain, so it easily floods the entire bathroom. Dirt put under the beds. Hairdryer didn't work.

Great views, value for money
Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS.
The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no shower curtain, only a small piece of glass.The result was water all over the floor. The breakfast buffet is very good. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening. There is a bar, but you have to ask at the reception for staff to come up there. We used the laundry service, which is relatively cheap, but our clothes came back smelling as if they had been left to dry in the kitchen. We made use of the massage service, again very good value for money.
Overall, we had some communication issues but we enjoyed our stay and in the end that is what counts

Decepción
Tienen 2 partes del hotel, una renovada y una antigua, en la reserva me dieron supuestamente un descuento, pero lo que no te dicen es que es para la parte vieja del hotel. La calefacción no se podía apagar, no tenía perilla, hacía mucho ruido y estaba muy caliente el cuarto. La ropa de cama percudida y un poco rota.

Muito bom
A estadia foi incrível!! Apesar de ser um pouco mais distante do centro, é possível ir caminhando. Os funcionários são excelentes, apenas uma funcionária do restaurante que faltou com simpatia, pois eu não sabia que tinha que reservar para jantar, mas os demais foram muito receptivos.
A vista do quarto é perfeita!
Pontos a serem melhorados: o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções e no banheiro precisaria de um box, pois quando toma banho molha todo o banheiro.

Lo mejor de la laguna y de la ciudad
El Hotel se encuentra en la orilla del lago con una vista increíble y muy buena instalaciones. En realidad está solamente a seis cuadras del centro de la ciudad y de los restaurantes bares entonces tienes lo mejor de los dos mundos.
