Clean, comfortable sized rooms with heating and daily housekeeping. Reliable water pressure and temperature control in the shower. The hotel is conveniently located about 15 min away walk from downtown. Reception is helpful with reservations and recommendations.

New hotel with excellent facilities. Spacious and comfortable room. Very attentive and friendly staff.

A great value for money! We loved this place, it was cosy and the staff was super friendly! We saw the pink flamingos next to the hotel thanks to their recommendation! Very convenient - a 10-minute walk from the city centre! We would highly recommend! They also propose packed lunches!

Beautiful clean and modern rooms, finished to perfection! The receptionists were very helpful with everything I.e early check in, booking tours, airport taxi’s and general advice Also in a fantastic location. 15 minute walk to a Laguna and 10 minute walk into the main town. Highly recommend this place to anyone - couples, families or groups! Exactly what we needed for a few days here ☺️

Excellent stay. Property was very clean and well run. The breakfast is great. Maximiliano was very helpful in all aspects... including setting up the tour to Perito Moreno. I highly recommend if you are stopping through El Calafate!

I stayed in October 2023. The problem is they don't deliver what they promise. When converting currency, they do not use the correct weight quote, meaning the daily rate charged is higher than what appears on booking. And worse, they promise that they will refund the difference on the card in 3 days, but so far nothing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR BRAZILIANS. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days in October 2023. When paying the bill, they convert it to tourism dollars and the value is practically double what is shown here on booking in pesos. I stayed in 4 other hotels in Argentina during the same trip and in different locations, all of them charged the official price in pesos, only this one didn't want to do it this way. Then they said that the amount would be refunded to the credit card within 3 days. Until now nothing.

In March 2020 we stayed at this hotel where we were very well looked after. Good, comfortable rooms, facilitating a breakfast box when departures were very early. With the start of the pandemic, we had to leave Argentina early due to the closure of the borders, leaving our bags at the hotel. A disaster is not enough. I booked it online and I thought I was going to get one of the beautiful rooms they advertise. When I arrived I came across a one-story house with cables hanging everywhere. It looked like the cleaning staff's utility room. The latest tableware, all the different cups, painted pine furniture! A bed in the living room that sinks. The refrigerator from 1980 that wakes you up every time it starts because of the noise! The only TV there was a PC monitor with cables hanging and the bathtub was flooding. You could only take a quick shower before it overflowed. I asked to be moved to one of the nice rooms they have and I had no response from the hotel, they told me that it was the ones they had and that they were full when it was clear that there were empty rooms. I would never return again
