Enjoyed stay. Very clean and helpful staff

Clean rooms excellent staff soft beds breakfast was delicious

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. The pullout sofa was, by far, the best, I’ve ever used. My only issue was the noise. The front desk allowed a large group of people to stay outside, directly below my 2nd story window, and drink and yell at each other until about midnight. The breakfast was a great add. We were able to get out early but still enjoy a really nice spread of food. Everything was really good and fresh.

The hotel has a barbecue in the swimming pool area. Last night, someone was barbecuing, and the smoke from the grill went up into the fire stairs and into my room. My room was smoky, it was hard to breathe, and it stunk. I had to put a wet towel under my door to stop smoke from entering. When I spoke to MANAGEMENT, they did not seem to care at all and made excuses. I fully expect a refund, but I’m sure I won’t get it. It was totally poor. Planning to put a grill near a fire exit.

Excellent hotel in El Campo. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Loved the modern decor and the outside areas to sit and relax. The staff were very accommodating and very nice. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice selection of breakfast items such as waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches. We will definitely be staying at this hotel every time we visit family in the El Campo area.

Staff was rude and condescending. Terrible communication skills. Zero friendly service. Housekeeper was banging on my door to get out but I paid to extend my stay. Mosquito valley outside.

Had a 2 day reservation, when arrived at the property with family in tow, they simply said sorry we don't have any clean rooms were available.

The breakfast bar was great.
