Wir haben nicht im Hotel übernachtet, aber zweimal gegessen und es war richtig gut! Die Besitzerin kocht hervorragend. Am zweiten Abend haben wir abends 20 Uhr in ganz El Castillo nichts mehr zu essen bekommen und sind wieder zu Laras Planet gegangen. Es war zwar spät, aber sie hat uns gerettet und uns noch einmal ein fantastisches Essen und eiskaltes Bier serviert. Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Und wir hatten ein angenehmes Gespräch über das Leben und die Welt 🤩

We had reserved for one night at Larà’s but we ended up staying 3
Natasha is a Lovely host and her right hand Rachel is also a very help full person
The breakfast was great, the room spacious and the bathroom well supplies. Hot water with no interruption. We had a great balcony overlooking the river.
All in all a great expérience. You can go there without worries.

Amazing place on the river San Juan in El Castillo. Natasha was a wonderful host and really helpful. Huge room with two double beds/fans, fridge, safe deposit and a patio with hammock and chairs overlooking te River. Great breakfast and food in the evening. Easy walk from the ferry. Highly recommended.

Sicuramente miglior sistemazione in città, complimenti alle due persone che gestiscono l’hotel, super competenti è disponibili, ti fanno sentire a come a casa. Escursione alla riserva purtroppo fallimentare per la mancanza totale di animali. Ma non é certo colpa loro. Un saluto da Sergio

Es un lugar maravilloso. Mi habitación tenía un balcón sobre el río, grande y con hamacas y butacas, un placer leer y descansar tras las excursiones a la reserva Indio Maíz o para ensimismarte viendo disipar la neblina al amanecer. Natasha es una anfitriona increíble, te ayuda con todo lo que necesitas y cocina de maravilla hasta para vegetarianas!

Definitely the nicest location in El Castillo in terms of views and privacy, the only place where one may sit and see the wide expanse of the countryside around the beautiful river as well as the castle. The restaurant/ bar area is tremendous with a refreshing breeze coming off the river, you are literally over the water. The host and staff are very pleasant and helpful and will always be willing to put one in touch with locals for tours as well as information on boat times etc
