This place is always booked due to being the nicest Hotel in the Valley. It’s very clean with great amenities. Staff is always friendly. Just wish the last three visits they would place not next to the elevator or stair case. Even when I suggest not to be near one .

First, we appreciated the well lit parking lot as we arrived later. All employees greeted us when we saw them on the property. EVERYTHING was soo clean all around the property!! The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the room service after out first night. We received several text messages checking on our stay. Thank you for the pleasant stay! :)

I’ve had stayed in many hotels in the past and this one so far has been one of the best. From the minute you walk in they have such friendly staff, both receptionist were so kind, my #1 to go on this hotel is that for a small charge I was able to bring my pet with me. Two thumps for that. Another favorite part that I’ve never experienced before is the Happy Hour they have in the afternoon I was so tired from my long drive and to be able to sit down and have a couple of beers was the best! They also have wine and some delicious snacks whoever made the guacamole was soooo good. And this morning another nice lady at the counter and breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again next time I need too. Love how clean everything was even the sheets smell really clean, Thank you for such great stay and excellent experience.

This is the cleanest and newest hotel in the valley. I came to visit my family and stayed for 2 days. All the installations are always cleaned and disinfected. The breakfast is great! but I would definitely like some Mexican beans or eggs. Happy Hour was one of the greatest options during my stay—a great variety of appetizers and drinks. Aci and Adelina were perfect hostesses.

Management and staff are always friendly and they greed you when you come in and go out. They always have someone cleaning the hotel so it’s very clean all the time. I highly recommended this hotel. It’s a good place to stay for business or pleasure.

Clean hotel. Polite staff. However, it is had to charge an electric car. Although the hotel has a large parking lot and lot of parking spaces were available. most of the EV charging stations were blocked by petrol cars who's drivers unknowingly had parked in front of them and blocked access to them. A sign stating that it is against the law in California to park in front of a EV charging station would be very helpful.

I stayed here with a friend March 9-11 for the air show. The staff was amazing and the hotel was fresh, modern, clean and welcoming. Our beds and bedding were ultra comfortable. I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Everyone was always smiling and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast staff. We even accidentally ended up in laundry from the elevator and even they were all smiling and so nice. It was just a great experience all around. Great job to all!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good there was lots of things to chose from. The room was easy to find.The room was very clean. We had a very comfortable night. Would stay at this hotel again when we visit family.

Newer Hampton comfortable room, loved the fitness center (a must for me). Quiet sleep. Room very “roomy”. Good WiFi to get work done. Loved the grapefruit for breakfast! Close to shopping. Restaurants

When my air-conditioning went out at home, I went to spend the night at the Hampton Inn. It is an excellent hotel. The service was outstanding: very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well-appointed. And cool!! The free breakfast was delicious with lots of choices: make-it-yourself waffles, oatmeal, veggie omelet, sausage patty, cold cereals, various muffins and breads, and fruit. Juices and coffee. The dining area was lovely, well-organized, and clean. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

I am staying in El Centro for one night once a month for the next few months and I am choosing hotels based on price and reviews - so trying to avoid staying in a place that is too dumpy. I am trying to stay in the top 6 Traveler Ranked on TripAdvisor. So, last time I stayed in the Holiday Inn because it was free with my points; it was a good stay. This time I chose Hampton Inn because it was about the same price as the others, a little less maybe, and was more highly rated (#3 of 18). It was better in most ways than the Holiday Inn (breakfast a little better, better located for my purposes and seemed a little cleaner esp. since there was no construction dust). The staff at both hotels were great. The beds in the Holiday Inn were more comfortable and the late check out time was a half an hour later which was helpful. But, for the same price I would likely choose the Hampton Inn again. For my next trip to El Centro in Sept., rates are crazy high apparently because it is the beginning of dove hunting season; the least expensive hotel is the Best Western which is ranked #6 out of 18; it is about $100 less for the night during that time. It gets mixed reviews, so we will see. If the Hampton Inn had a price even $50 a night more than the Best Western, I probably would have chosen the Hampton Inn. Anyway, the bottom line is, if the Hampton Inn is even close in price to the other top 6, it is a comfortable, clean, pleasant place to stay for a night or two.

We had a group with three rooms. When we awoke on Saturday morning 3/12/2022 there was no hot water. There was no ETA for when there would be hot water. With the managers remote permission we fixed the boiler for them. The manager showed no appreciation whatsoever.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is good. The only real downside is that the lights of the parking lot are so bright you can see them in your room even if the curtains are drawn.
