Не понравилось. Ощущение, что переплатила и отель того не стоит. Номера старые, хоть и видно, что в прошлом отель был хороший- много дерева.
Персонал очень хороший, все рассказали, сориентировали, заказали трансфер на треккинг К Рио Электрико.
Еда не понравилась. За эти деньги можно было фрукты поставить на стол, а не фруктовый салат из обрезков, пустивших сок.

This hotel is perfectly fine. It has four stars, and that rating feels appropriate. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is decent, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is right in the center of town. Nothing exceptional, but everything is completely satisfactory.

The hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast service was excellent and came with the room. We were on the ground floor and when we opened the window a cat walked in so be careful if you don’t like cats. We were close to everything and walked from the Mirador Fitz Roy through town to the hotel.

A newly built hotel on the main street of the town, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants and a 20-minute walk from the entrance to the National Park and trails. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The layout of the building is weird, and it feels like they added sections haphazardly. They are a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The room was big, with comfortable beds and a couple of chairs. The bathroom was big with good water pressure and good hot water. An in room coffee maker and a ceiling fan would have been nice. We couldn't have breakfast, as we left to hike very early in the morning. We did have dinner, and the food was okay, but we (wife and I) had stomach trouble. I would have given 4 stars, but when you are paying $300/night, you expect more. The water went off after midnight and the pipes made weird noises and kept us up all night. Later, we found out that there was a city-wide water outage and so it wasn't the hotel's fault.

This was on San Martin Street in El Chalten; walking distance from the bus station and the hotel has very comfortable rooms with great views . The breakfast is plentiful and has excellent food options but it the staff that make the stay here memorable. Tamara was incredible and so helpful and thoughtful during our stay as were Ana and Celeste . Francisco helped plan our hike to Fitz Roy and Gustavo went above and beyond to assist us . It is walking distance to all the restaurants and the trail heads at Parque Nacional Los Glacieres and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tamara shared mate with me making it a very special moment

Our hotel room was spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the mountains. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about everyone we encountered that works here. They helped us plan our hikes based on the weather, arrange a shuttle, and answered all of our questions. The hotel was in walking distance from trailheads, stores, and restaurants. Staying here was a great experience!!

Excellent hôtel. Staff are all exceptional and very knowledgeable. We stayed there towards the end of the season but still plenty to do.
They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities.
Highly recommend.
