Did not like. I feel like I overpaid and the hotel is not worth it. The rooms are old, although it is clear that in the past the hotel was good - a lot of wood.
The staff is very nice, they told us everything, gave us directions, and booked a transfer for trekking to Rio Electrico.
I didn't like the food. For that money, you could put fruit on the table, rather than a fruit salad made from scraps that had released their juice.

Es un hotel donde te hacen sentir cómodo, por el trato y por cómo funciona todo. Estuvimos allí el 31/12, y disfrutamos de la cena especial en ese comedor vidriado que permite ver el Fitz Roy. Hubo un show excelente con músicos de El Chaltén, rica comida y un buen humor general que lograron que ese comienzo del 2025 fuera más que diferente. Será inolvidable.

This was on San Martin Street in El Chalten; walking distance from the bus station and the hotel has very comfortable rooms with great views . The breakfast is plentiful and has excellent food options but it the staff that make the stay here memorable. Tamara was incredible and so helpful and thoughtful during our stay as were Ana and Celeste . Francisco helped plan our hike to Fitz Roy and Gustavo went above and beyond to assist us . It is walking distance to all the restaurants and the trail heads at Parque Nacional Los Glacieres and I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tamara shared mate with me making it a very special moment

Perfekt udsigt til Fitz Roy
Fantastisk hotel med en perfekt beliggenhed med udsigt mod Fitz Roy. Det kan klart anbefales at booke et værelse med balkon. Personalet var så venlige og jeg forstår ikke, hvorfor det ikke er det mest hypede hotel i området.

Custo alto, hotel bom. Vale à pena?
Bem localizado, um pouco antigo. Muito espaçoso. Peca muito pelo café da manhã com pouca variedade e muitos industrializados.
Preço alto (195 dólares a diária) não sei se na região há melhor custo beneficio.

Nice hotel
Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast. The only thing we did not like it, they said one night they are going to close the door, and we are tourist we wanted to hang out around the city and get back to our room any time we wanted. At the end they leave the door open. We were very happy :)
