Très bonne expérience dans cet appartement hôtel, réceptionniste très accueillant, d'une très grande propreté et directement sur la plage qui est fantastique et très bien entretenue. A proximité une petite place avec restaurant et terrasse et le mercredi un marché au pied de l'hôtel. Rien à dire séjour d'une semaine impeccable.

Whilst staying very close to the hotel we went for menu del dia. Firstly reception staff were very helpful when we initially enquired so we made a booking later that morning, Restaurant was lovely, nice and airy, staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. The menu changes daily and we were impressed with the quality of the food and also the presentation. €20 pp Monday to Friday from 1:00pm, 3 courses with a glass of wine or beer etc. I believe it is also available at the weekend for a €5 supplement pp. We will definitely be going back. Es un hotel sencillo , pero a la vez acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio. Ubicación muy buena. El personal muy amable , el desayuno suficiente y variado. Habitación confortable . Baño limpio. Nos ha gustado mucho . Precio calidad excelente. Volveremos.

We were going for a walk and decided to stay at the Rancho, beautiful parade with clean and very well-conditioned cabins. We had dinner meat to the brasa and was perfect. We'll return ...

I'm lukewarm regarding this hotel. When I got there, the room had no minibar (it was broken), so I spent around 10/15 asking for them to switch me to a room with a minibar - honestly, middle of the summer in Spain, not having a minibar is not negotiable. They did change me, but I had to insist a lot for something that was already included in the rate I booked. Aside from that, the hotel itself was great. The room was very spacious, it was 2 blocks away from the main street, and there were countless bars and supermarkets to get what we needed. The hotel includes parking for 18eur per night - if you have a car, I would recommend paying, because streets are very narrow in Torrevieja. The breakfast buffet was good - a bit meager for the price, but it was better than having to eat out every day. I would definitely pay for it again. I'm not sure about other reviews - I didn't have any issues with the A/C or anything else. I would recommend it over other hotels in the area, for sure.

Unfortunately not the place we expected. Service by reception staff were outstanding, however the actual apartment was an absolute disappointment. The bedroom had a fake window with fake shutter. There was no wardrobes, only a clothes rail which was broken. I have to say the bathroom was amazing with a great shower, but then the tv needed to be unplugged in order to keep it off. The front window looked like it had been forced to be open with the handle broken. The positive about this accommodation is the location, which is brilliant. Really close to restaurants and amenities.
