Excelente servicio, el personal muy amable, y la comida muy deliciosa.
Lo único negativo seria que el servicio de electricidad no es muy estable, avían muchos cortes, por lo demas Excelente la recomiendo y si volvía.

Had one of the most incredible weeks of my life with Room to Roam! Kate was beyond helpful from start to finish. She helped with every aspect of the trip to make it as easy as possible for our entire group including shuttle, covid testing and many of the activities. The accommodations at ONDA were fantastic! The food by Chef Juan Pablo, all of the staff and location were all top notch and exceeded our collective high expectations by a margin! We had 10 people and each one of us loved the experience. La Leona Waterfall was a huge highlight for me. Zipline and Hot Springs at Vandara was also a must! We plan to make this a yearly event and will use Room to Roam every single time. Thank you so much Kate and Chance!

Staff was very friendly and attentive to us. Very accommodating. The food was excellent which was a surprise given that this place isn’t a fancy resort. Chefs were fantastic. Rooms were comfortable. Pool was awesome

The bed it's ok, brakfast was good. Jason the bartender is very nice. Except while taking a shower, almost burned myself, t's hard to regulate the hot water. TV volune is set up to low, remote control doesn't work. The pool it's clean, good temperature. They don't provide shampoo or cream only soap, no towels for the pool or the beach.
