The food is amazing!! We tried the three restaurants: breakfast is just perfect, the beach restaurant is waaaaw food and view, the Nihon restaurant too, the Japanese food was so good and the view was amazing too. This is my third visit to the Chedi ElGouna👍 It became my happy place and just like home🥰 love you all guys: mylania, Islam, Omar, Ismail, Mahmoud, Mustapha, Abderrahman, Maged, Mr Bahaa and his team at the reception, the chefs, and all guys of the room service🙏🙏🙏🙏 thank you all🙏🙏🙏🙏 from Morocco

中間出了點小問題，但是不影響體驗，經理送了兩份spa表示歉意，酒店服務很好，早餐比較精緻，就是泳池關閉時間太早了，7點就關閉了

這家chedi真的是非常的不推薦！
房間空調一會跳掉一會跳掉
浴室設計極其撿漏且規劃很不合理 淋浴房設計的極小 水壓也非常小 洗澡很不舒服
客房清潔也一塌糊塗 打掃房間也不放新的牙具和棉簽 雙床房間顯然是兩個人住 衹放一雙拖鞋也不知道是什麼意思
酒店公共區域也很小 十分鐘就可以逛完了 服務也跟不太上 快3000一晚的酒店真的是非常不值得
