Excellent, polite and professional and fast service. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and with nice kitchenettes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with natural ingredients, delicious local and European food and fresh coffee and natural juices.

In my experience, it’s worth it !
I like the hotel so much, it’s almost empty soo it’s very quiet and comfortable.
The breakfast is okay ! Not open buffet.

The hotel is centrally located and not far from Tunis Carthage airport. The staff is always very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and have recently been renovated. Breakfast is freshly prepared and tastes very good. There is something for everyone.

We had booked a triple room but as soon as we arrived we received an upgrade to a small suite! Really very kind!!
Bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchen and sofa bed and bathroom all in a modern style. I felt at home. The place is very clean, quiet and welcoming.
The staff are very kind and always available at any time. We asked for blankets that were missing for the sofa bed and they immediately served us with pillows and blankets fresh from the laundry.
It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant that also serves dinner because nearby there are no fast food outlets or restaurants with local cuisine but only a place next to the Maia hotel that serves coffee and simple sandwiches/desserts.
The next morning we went down for breakfast and I have to say that everything was delicious especially the fresh strawberry juice and the bread.
We stayed for one night spent in complete tranquility...
Hotel Maia excellent price and pleasant stay. The only downside is the non-availability of dinner in the hotel and the distance from the center of the capital, otherwise everything is excellent!
