I think that for a resort it lacks a lot of space. The views are spectacular, and I think that's why I'm giving it the stars I do. It's very far from everything; there is a golf cart service that takes you to McDonald's, but the road is a very worn gravel road, so hold on tight! The room that appears in the booking images does not correspond to the one that is given to you; later, when checking other reviews, I noticed that this is a common problem. This means that one has to complain and pay for an exchange. They offer a games room that is dismantled, with broken or incomplete games. The pool has sea water, which I think is a good idea, but it is not well maintained (it had a stagnant brown foam at the bottom). The rooms are very basic and do not have what one expects in a resort, such as a minibar, kettle or TV. The windows have no glass, only sliding wooden partitions and mosquito nets, but the nets are broken, allowing insects to easily enter. This prevents leaving the windows open to let in light or to enjoy the view of the garden, since, due to the state of the nets, insects sneak into the room. The staff is friendly, but seems to have little experience in hospitality, especially the waitresses. We stayed for four days, and from the second day onwards there were products missing from the menu that, until the fourth day, were not replaced. There are no proteins or vegetarian options at breakfast, so my wife could only eat pancakes with fruit, except on the last day, when they did not have milk for the pancakes, so she only ate bread and butter at a breakfast already paid for. Also, you have to repeat each order, because if you ask for something without an ingredient, it is likely to be served with what you asked to omit. The three meals we ordered without an ingredient were brought to us with it. All this happened in a hotel where there was only us and another family; I can't even imagine what it would be like with a high occupancy rate. I have experience in the hotel sector, and in my opinion, it's not worth paying so much for a place so far away and where the food isn't good. Of course, the landscape and the views are privileged.
