We have never experienced such a nightmare during our stay in the Philippines! The hotel is terrible!
Well, first of all, it does not match the description! This is not an improved room on the 1st floor, and there is no 28 m2 there either! IT IS VERY SMALL.
This is the attic of a barracks, the 2nd floor is up the emergency stairs! We almost broke our legs! The room is small, except for the bed and a strange box in the corner without shelves or hangers, there is nothing there. During the day, this attic heats up so much that you will suffocate at night!
The music blares all night like in a nightclub, not a hotel! You will not be allowed to sleep, mind you.
THERE IS NO HOT WATER! AT ALL!
The breakfast included in the reservation is generally trash. At least they did not disgrace themselves. They do not even give you anything to wash down the food with. You can only choose one thing, an egg, damn, something else, I can’t remember!
The sockets in the room are broken. Even with an adapter, the unit does not hold, it falls out!
The mattress is sagging, it stinks and is old. There is no mattress cover, you sleep right on it. Thin linen made of synthetics.
The staff is ABSOLUTELY not interested in helping you! They just walk around nodding and smiling, essentially NOTHING!!!
We have lived in many places, and taken rooms 3 times cheaper, but we have never encountered such a bottom. Avoid.
And also, if you want to go on tours, the tricycle asks for 1200 pesos one way. It is very far from all civilization! Nothing around, only dogs, chickens and cows!
Cockroaches were running everywhere, in the restaurant, as they positioned it, we did not eat, of course!
And at night we were bitten by bedbugs! Thank you very much

This hostel is right at the beach . The personnel is wonderful and very helpful . The rooms are ok but my advice would be not to have the ones with the curtains as this hostel is a party hostel and it tend to be very noisy at night .
They provide good food at a reasonable price and a free breakfast who is very good ( the pork Tocino is perfect )
They don’t provide transportation from airport to the hostel but the other way round is possible and will cost you 400 peso.
There is no hot water in the whole hostel ( not really needed for shower ) but take it into consideration is you eve need to do laundry.
At night this hostel is very lively and have a lot of activities like beer pong or quizz which makes it not hard to get on well with other customers .
Finally I will definitely recommend this hostel to those who like to party and have a great time in el nido , for families it might be too noisy .

The best hostel I’ve come across! The lofts were a fantastic little room to stay in. You get to enjoy the therapeutic sounds of the wind and the water in the evening, which is bliss.

Amazing location spent the whole day on the beach relaxing! Exactly what we needed. Delicious food, great-priced drinks, and super awesome staff members. Some minor points, the loft we chose was great however the fan was WAY TOO LOUD. Probably needs replacing with a new one. The bathroom/showers were cleaned well though could do with a face-lift, the soap dispensers were also always empty.
Overall, we'd stay again but would be better prepared!
