Suites by Eco Hotel El Nido Reviews

I checked with the hotel before going, but the front desk said there was no reservation for us. After hanging up the phone, I didn't answer the phone. I was planning to refund the money and switch to another hotel. I didn't want to bother, so I contacted Trip's official customer service. Trip's customer service was super awesome, and it took me half a day. That's it. The hotel is located at Corong Corong Beach. There are three-wheeled motorcycles just outside the airport. Tell the driver the name of the beach and hotel and the driver will know the location. It is 350P from the airport to the hotel, which is the same price for our round trip. The hotel is conveniently located. It only takes 10 minutes to ride a motorcycle to the town. There are also many three-wheeled motorcycles parked at the door and the price is 100P per trip. There is an island hopping tour next door to the hotel. Getting on and off the boat is at the beach in front of the room, which is very convenient. We booked the sunset suite, and we were given room No. 1, but there was a crooked tree at the door with a flag, which blocked the sunset sea view. We went to the front desk to apply to change to a room of the same type next door, but the hotel didn't agree. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights from check-in to departure. The hotel service was very poor. There were 5 people at the front desk, but none of them could do anything. The air conditioner is an old-fashioned window air conditioner, which is very loud. The bath towel was not clean and had marks on it. The hot water is not continuous. It comes in bursts. It is common for the water to turn to cold water halfway through the shower. It is very speechless to take a shower without hot water after island hopping. The summary is that the sea view is beautiful, the location is okay, the photos are produced, and the rest is rubbish😊

We arrived at this hotel after we cancelled a more expensive, horrendous hotel further up the road. There is nothing bad about this place... Its perfect! The rooms are clean, light and airy.. The bed is comfy and the deck area is stunning... You are literally on the beach. Everything works in it including the TV and Ac. The breakfast is good... I just wish they would add pancakes to the menu! The WiFi can be hit and miss but that is everywhere here so it's not a problem. There is a gorgeous resident cat and her kitten on site and as cat lovers we just loved them... Unfortunately we couldn't smuggle them home :) Overall this hotel saved my stay in el nido and turned what could have been a disaster into a dream... The staff can't do enough for you and I thank them for being so attentive. Gutted to be leaving but if you are after a comfortable, clean and happy stay ... Give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed!!

We moved here after being disappointed elsewhere and seeing this hotel right on the beach we regretted where we had booked even more. On rebooking with them it just got better and better. Location is perfect and on the beach in corung corung, adjacent to the main area. Excellent rooms with egg chairs outside to listen to the sea at night. All staff were brilliant from start to finish and help with rentals/trips. Absolutely perfect set up all round - I can’t believe the average reviews, you certainly won’t regret staying here and be careful if you book elsewhere- don’t make the same mistake we initially made ! You can watch the sunset from the beach at the end of the hotel or pop next door to lions bar. Perfect trip and we don’t want to leave.
