It was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfasts, laundry facilities, free water bottles, and the most important thing is hot water. Responsive staff, we always needed something, and they organized it for us without any problems)

It was a great stay, relaxing and enjoyable. The staff are polite and assistance given are remarkable. The food is good as well as the ambiance takes you to a breath taking sceneries of the beautiful El Nido. Will definitely come back again and again with friends and loved ones!

Let me say that I want to save you all travelers from the hardship we endured. Number 1: No cellular service 2. Internet service is sparse and slow. 3 No TV - because there is no cable, it relies on the internet and since internet is terrible hence no TV. 4. AC runs but with hardly any air. Not cooling. OMG - the heat we have to endure. The best thing they did was to bring another electric fan. 5. Very poor customer service of the front desk. We have scheduled a private tour and ended up in a group tour packed with 24 people. The front desk refused to accept her mistake. 6. Breakfast buffet is served in a saucepan. Whattt???! They said breakfast starts at 6am. I came at 6:35 and NOTHING WAS THERE. Not even coffee. No apologies from the server either. I was responded with “an attitude.” Please save yourself. Don’t stay here. Look at my other reviews. I only speak the truth. I hope management reads my review so that they can make their place better.

Travel agent booked this hotel for us for a standard double room for 4 nts. We got a double bed room, but no TV and room was very plain. When we complained about no TV we were told that the room that was booked for us showed air con and Wi-Fi, and we did not book a room with a TV, which BTW their website shows rooms with TVs and we picked this hotel based on photos shown to us by travel agent, which room was much more under-whelming than the photos. When we asked the front desk doesn't a 'Standard Double' room come with a TV? Got really no response from them. I told them that they we didn't book a room with a toliet, bedsheets, a mattress, pillows, toliet paper, etc.; but the room seemed to come with these items, other than just Wi-Fi and Air Con. They eventually said they would try to move us to a room with a TV the second day. When they moved us to the new room with a TV, which BTW did not even work. This other new room was a very small room that barely fit the double bed with very little walking space and an even smaller bathroom, and there was no where for us to put our clothes so we would live out of our suitcase; which there was really no place to even put the suitcase. So we just asked to get moved back into our original room with no TV as it was about 40% bigger (which isn't saying much), but at least it had a place to put our clothes and suitcase. Also, the 'Wi-Fi' internet was very poor in both rooms and only seemed to work okay either in the lobby area (ground floor) or on the top (4th) floor where the dining rea was located. Hotel is located about 2-3 km from the main area of El Nido. We recommend you stay somewhere else.

With 35 rooms of which only 6 or 7 were occupied, we were assigned a tiny room where there was no space even to open the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom had an open hole at the top for a window. As soon as it started to rain we had to change rooms because the smell of sewage was unbearable. They gave us one with a window onto the corridor!!! I repeat that the hotel was practically empty. This means not knowing how to do your job. On the breakfast I avoid any comment. Upon returning in the evening the room had not been cleaned. We asked about it and were told that cleaning is done every two days. But with only 6 or 7 rooms occupied have they not been able to tidy up? Definitely the worst place I've ever stayed. The hotel is not even on the beach.
