We had a nice stay in this lovely hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, friendly staff. The beach however, is not good in the spot of the hotel. It is muddy and dirty.
But if one is movable and don't need to stay in one place. The hotel is a good place for a stay

The staff were kind and there were no security issues. It's easier to request breakfast the night before. There was a wide variety and it was delicious.

What a wonderful stay at Buko Beach Resort. Close tricycle ride to the hustle and bustle if you wish. This resort is peaceful if you want to relax next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The staff are so friendly and helpful they will assist you anyway they can to make your stay convenient. The food tastes great and there are a variety to choose from while you enjoy the Seaview. They arrange island trips for you and can also arrange SPA treatments for you in your room which is devine and so convenient.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to El Nido.

Buko Beach Resort is an unexpected jewel of a hotel located in the town of El Nido on the Island of Palawan, Philippines. Buko Beach is down a hidden path off the Main Street of town. The path goes straight to the Resort compound and the water. It’s a small boutique hotel sitting right on the beach! All of the buildings are authentic bamboo and reed thatched roofs and other architectural elements, the grounds are tropical yet manicured, and the pool and open dining room are located right up next to the sandy beach (which is full of shells!). The view of many many other islands was spectacular. Our room was the Loft and our other room was Bungalow 6. Both were spacious and modern, yet still in keeping with the environment. On top of the Resort’s perfect presentation, was the incredible staff!! Everyone who works at Buko Beach Resort is wonderful!! They are so sweet and helpful-very professional as well. Their various uniforms were very appropriate for a high-end Resort. We felt like we were at a private club! I will definitely come back to Buko Beach and recommend it to all my friends!

Séjour parfait ! Le lieu est propre, calme. Petite plage privée juste devant la piscine. Les bungalow sont juste incroyable avec mon coup de cœur: la salle de bain ! On s’y sent très bien ! Service au top !

Fantastic stay, lovely staff and great location
My partner and I recently stayed at here and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views from both the dining area and the pool.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Both our room and the communal areas were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They made the process of booking an island hopping tour and arranging airport transfers very easy and stress-free. We flew into Puerto Princesca and departed from El Nido, opting for the private minivan for both journeys.
The location is great, very easy to get a trike from the main road into El Nido town.
I unfortunately fell ill for a day during our stay, but the staff very kindly provided me with rehydration salts and probiotics, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
The breakfast options were great and generous portions and in the evening we enjoyed the happy hour cocktails.
Only note to keep in mind is that one of the neighbouring hotels has loud music on event nights, although this is cut off by midnight latest and only affected 1 night of our 5/6 night stay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend!

Beautiful tranquil oasis
Buko Beach Resort was a wonderful experience. It’s a quiet boutique resort right on the beach with beautiful villas and a nice private pool. The service sets this place apart, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. We told them it was our anniversary and they brought us a nice bottle of wine and a card signed by everyone at the hotel. It was such a great, highly recommend!

Stay here!
There isn’t enough characters to say just how much we loved this place. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by the most friendly front desk with welcome drink and towel. They took the time to ask if we were celebrating anything and when we told them we just got engaged days prior to our arrival they went above and beyond to decorate our room with balloons, fresh flowers, a signed card and wine! The room was super comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom and shower! The resort is small and feels relaxing but still super central to everything. Super impressed the staff got to know us and knew our names. Included breakfast was beyond our expectations, it was fresh and large portions. Highly recommend the mango banana pancakes - I still dream about these! Pool is super nice and provides a perfect place to have a happy hour cocktail from the restaurant and watch the sunset. We wish we could have stayed longer!
