Lime Resort El Nido Reviews

Some people, including my wife, complained about the mold smell. I had no problem. All the things are ok, from my point of view. I think all the people who made negative reviews came expecting conditions for a 4* hotel. For a 3* everything was ok.

It was perfect stay! Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices, staff was nice and helpful on every step, but the best was pool area on the roof top with the view. If your coming to El Nido, that homer is worth to stay

Please do not stay here, or come with aspirin as the hotel staff will give you a headache😡🙆🏽♀️🥺 1. They didn’t have face and floor towels, I requested that they send sone to my room. They gave me very old and dull towels which looked like they were used in 1950’s. Face towels were torn. 2. I complained about that but they ignored me until the next day. They still brought very old and sirty towels and I asked them to cancel my booking, that’s where I got new better towels but they were still very dull. 3. The hotel reciption is insanely loud, breakfast was ok and cery basic. 4. They didn’t clean my room even after 100 times of asking….. 5. Gym is very small, infact… they changed a standard room into a gym limited equipments🙄🙄🙄 DO NOT STAY HERE, worst hotel ever

The location is good and their facilities is awesome. However, i felt disappointed to the smell of the lobby it smells off and feels like dirty because there’s a lot of flies flying everywhere & I don’t know why. Also the cushions and set also in the main lobby looks dirty. This is the first impression of mine thinking that this is one of the luxury resorts in El nido. It would be appreciated if their lobby is clean and smells nice because as a guest this would be there’s first impression upon entering in the hotel.

Amazing

The hotel location is OK, 10 minutes tricycle drive from El Nido, but right on the sea. Rooms are clean and very basic, feels a bit old. Pool is great. Housekeeping kept forgetting to replace our towels, and when we asked for new ones in the evening, we’ve been told that there’s only one available now and all others are being currently washed (what?). It’s a nice and basic hotel but definitely doesn’t worth the price.

Good wstay overall, a few hiccups here and there but staff were doing their best to deliver quality services, no major issues. We stayed at the ocean view room which is fantastic to wake up with morning view or sunset view. They could have done better to make sure the room is ready at check in time. Restaurant food was actually really tasty and well done, highly recommend to spend at least a lunch and dinner at the hotel. Airport transfer was also comfortable and staff didn’t mind stopping us at the locations on the way. I also booked island tours at the hotel which was made easy and quick, no hassle looking for one outside.

Excellent view and service

It’s a decent hotel with a breathtaking views; however, we waited for more than an hour to check in.

We stayed at Lime Resort Palawan and it was a very good stay experience. We really love our room for its great and breathtaking view!!! The staff were very accommodating. We will definitely go back here in El Nido and will book this resort again.

Be mindful of the details of your stay. Booked and paid 5 rooms but gave only 3 rooms and did not inform in any way until guests realize the mistake. Offered a weak compensation, did not even bother to let the guests feel they are sorry. Good thing guests did not want to argue. This has been a good hotel not until this incident. Am the travel agent and always choose this hotel over other. I might need to look for alternative.
