Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso Airport

Hotel facilities are good, transportation is convenient, breakfast is good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. There is a table in the room. It is convenient for the office. The speed is also very good. Free airport shuttle bus, available at any time, suitable for business trips

Positives: The housekeeping in Room 418 did an excellent job, super clean. Easy parking. Clean lobby and common places. Fast check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great, good variety, fresh, with good balance of hot and cold foods. Clean and organized. When Room 311 was terrible, they moved me to another room, Room 418, and 418 was a good experience. Clean bedding, two full rolls of toilet paper, and two tea bags in the room. Negatives: Can be noisy because it's next to a major highway. The check-in staff did not provide info on breakfast time or instruction to the elevator; also provided incorrect info about location and type of the room (said it's not near the elevator when it's right across from the elevator; said it's standard room when it's an accessible room). Room 311 was horrible - full of issues such as broken toilet/couldn't flush, bathroom plug was shut, couldn't open. Room telephone did not work; A small peel along the edge of the wall, that needs to be sealed back. Loose carpet, posing a potential trip over danger if not careful. This hotel would have earned at least 4.0 rating with Room 418. But because of terrible Room 311, which is a 1.0 rating, although the hotel tried to fix it, but it's inconvenient and tiring to have to go through it while traveling and after a long day. Because of inconsistent room quality, I am hesitant to recommend this hotel.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso - Sunland Park Area

First time at this location, just everything you’d expect from a HI. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly service. At this location we got upgraded to a suite and were give a snack bag upon arrival. The only thing we notice was it was a bit noisy, all the hall noise and upper room could be heard… we thought it was weird we were on the 3rd floor, room 310. Business didn’t go as planned and had to stay another day, this time we got a room on the 2nd floor, room 204, maybe just our luck, But the room above us I believe, super noisy, just seemed like kids were running everywhere, or really big folks moving furniture , don’t know!!! again strange since we have been using holiday inn after we switched from La Quinta brand 2 years ago, and never never had a bad experience at the Holiday Inn, but this particular location seems to have a noice filter issue!!. Other than that…. This location is right by the shopping area we usually visit, super friendly staff, i got all my paperwork printed for my business with them, the rooms are really clean, the food is good, the beds are comfty, you can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn.

The hotel is slowly being renovated so we had a really fresh room; very clean and smart. The breakfast was great with a range of items, including some healthy options (oatmeal, fresh-ish bagels). The lobby is clean and spacious. The location is great: walkable to downtown bars and to the border crossing. The first room overlooked the expressway which is incredibly noisy, so we asked for a replacement and got a lovely room overlooking the city.

Great hotel! The breakfast was above average, the room I stayed in had an ample amount of electrical outlets, which always makes me happy, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Aside from the obvious positives, there were also the inevitable, but honestly negligible, negatives. The shower refused to provide cold water, which was a little annoying. The hotel doesn’t really provide water, unless you want to drink out of the sink, and the room did not come equipped with blankets. Other then these, again, mostly negligible negatives, I fully recommend this hotel to people in the area in need of a good nights sleep and a good mornings breakfast.

We just checked out from our one night stay at Holiday Inn North El Paso… I thought this was a new hotel, but the bathroom alone looked like it had seen 10 years of abuse. The second we walked into our room, we were hit with a very unpleasant smell that was either coming from somewhere in the foyer or the bathroom — we never did solve that mystery; I simply tried my best to cover it up with the little bottle of room spray I’d brought with us. The bathroom itself had unsightly patches all over the walls, the floor was very dirty, there were huge scuffs on the sides of the tub and red mildew and peeling sealant all over the shower. The sink faucet was not even fully attached to the sink. While the bathroom was the worst, there were odd patches all over the rest of the hotel room as well. It’s never a good feeling when you get out of a shower and feel dirtier than when you got in… We arrived very late at night and have small kids, so inquiring about another room was not an option. We’d hit some rain on our trip and our roof luggage had leaked, so I went down to use the dryer, only to find that it was broken. Why was there only one dryer in a new hotel, and how was it already broken??? Breakfast did not redeem our impression of our stay, as it involved a broken pancake machine AND broken toasters… (How?!) The one positive was that the bed pillows were quite comfortable at least, but that isn’t enough to make me ever consider staying here again.
