The appearance of the building is high-end, but the interior of the room is average, the bathroom is poor, the water pressure is so low that it is impossible to wash your hair, the shower door cannot be closed, causing the water to flow outside, and the floor is very slippery, very dangerous⚠️

Parking terrible, toilet paper holder broken, shampoo and conditioner not refilled, no alarm clock, not enough towels, no blankets. Was charged with two fees and took weeks to get a refund, Manager won’t respond to emails, the front desk are friendly but incidental charges are not being told upfront.

Our stay was wonderful! Staff was so welcoming from check in to check out. The lobby area was a great environment to hang out at. The area had some great restaurants and bars to walk too. We will definitely stay again.
