Just arrived downstairs of the hotel, I feel very ordinary, like an underground garage, the hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, there is a swimming pool and a band, it is very lively at night, you can order a glass of your favorite white wine for a rest, and the scenery is good

Hotel Indigo located in downtown El Paso TX is a beautiful hotel that has the ambience of a resort. The weekend music and dance entertainment should not be missed for evening pleasure. The heated pool and its surrounding layout is impressive, especially at night. The bar and lounge area is perfectly designed and the bartenders know their trade inside and out. The restaurant Mamacita's takes pride in offering and serving menu items with precision. The hotel va!et staff hustles to ensure no unnecessary wait time is experienced. All hotel staff individuals including the hotel valet staffing individuals provide beyond exceptional customer service. The following individuals truly represent the successes of Hotel Indigo - William, Jessie, Brianna, Jasmine, Paco, Diandra, Axel, Jonathan,, Dave, Diego, Chris, Hector, Cesar, Jaime, Daniel1, Daniel2, Tommy, Alberto, Alyssa, CC, Chris, Amada (sp?), and I look forward to acknowledging more names to this ever growing list of wonderful people!

Jasmine is the best. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She was able to help us navigate through the city. She is without a doubt one of the best people your company can have as a representative. Another kudos goes to Matthew in Valet, he was shy but super friendly and kind. I can’t wait to come back because these two individuals.

Stay was good up until check out was told my valet parking would be taken out of my deposit and ended up being charged 2 days later for the valet charge which sent me into over draft.

Hotel was decent. Bed was fairly comfortable, room was clean. Shower was AWFUL. There was barely any water pressure, There was 2 cold streams of water coming from the shower head. I had a wanted a nice hot shower after a long day of traveling and it didn’t deliver. On a positive note, the valet guys were great!
