The hotel is slowly being renovated so we had a really fresh room; very clean and smart. The breakfast was great with a range of items, including some healthy options (oatmeal, fresh-ish bagels). The lobby is clean and spacious. The location is great: walkable to downtown bars and to the border crossing. The first room overlooked the expressway which is incredibly noisy, so we asked for a replacement and got a lovely room overlooking the city.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The location, service and price are great.
Doubletree Hotel El Paso Downtown/City Center brings a touch of modern luxury to old El Paso. At once, it's the sleek and dynamic hub of the city's financial and professional community - a mixed bag of classic architecture - a collection of fashionable upscale stores -- and a lively mix of border-style boutiques selling everything from souvenirs to Mexican fashions and accessories. It's different. It's intriguing. And it's fun. Which is exactly why we chose to build our hotel right in the middle of downtown's most picturesque district.
Our hotel combines a swank, contemporary grand hotel with plenty of old-school snap, sizzle and service. If you need to do some business, welcome to seventh heaven -- our 7th floor that is. Here, your room key opens our Business Center, an oasis equipped with the high-tech communications tools you need to retreat, focus and get back to kicking back. Just outside the door, hit the refresh button -- a sensational, picture-window view of El Paso, and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, with a slice of New Mexico. This floor is home to our trio of posh, yet intimate 7th floor meeting rooms. To wind back down, our Fitness Center is steps away, featuring Precor-equipped exercise machines that face a stunning picture-window view of downtown El Paso.
At sunset, gravitate to our sprawling Sunset Terrace that greets you gloriously from a 7th floor portal. The feel is European and the clean, sparkling waters of our outdoor pool are deliciously inviting. Dive in, ease in, or just enjoy a bit of sun worship on the tiled terrace. The wraparound view of El Paso is stunning. And a sunset toast from our cabana-style bar sets the mood for a pleasurable night of relaxation, in your room or on the town.
Dine luxuriously at our Italian Ristorante Casanova restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just off the lobby, the M Cafe is our hideaway coffee and pastry shop.
If our sleek modernism lavished with creature comforts is ringing your bell, there's yet another compelling reason to choose our hotel....

The location is very good. It is in the center of the city. Nearby are the core values of the city-the Fine Arts Museum, the History Museum, the Cathedral, the Theater Square, and the Stadium. They are all a few hundred meters away. There are also trams for a ride. Social idlers are the main ones. The three mature steaks in the restaurant are great. The parking fee is not expensive. It would be a pity not to go to the Museum of Fine Arts.

After wandering the streets trying to find an open bar, we stumbled upon the plaza hotel. Bryan was awesome! Our first interaction was met with water for the whole table and a drink menu. He was so nice, attentive and funny! He had great drink recommendations and humored us in our search for a Fireball shot. Thank you Bryan, for your impeccable service!

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have stayed at ElPaso because it is close to the airport and the surrounding traffic is convenient. The parent company, which is bigger than it, also lived, and felt that it was not as comfortable as it was too old. For so many years, Ctrip has not changed. The hotel is only 350 meters away from the airport, and it takes a few minutes to walk, not the 4.6 kilometers mentioned above. I uploaded a screenshot of Google Maps this time, hoping to correct it.

Visiting 915 for Christmas with the family and we stayed here for a couple of days. The first issue, as you arrive is the way to get in to the parking lot. The way to the main entrance is a dark back road. When you park be aware that it's limited and if you have a SUV you will get hit by the car parking next to you. Our room was in 3rd floor and the room was attractive with refrigerator and 2 beds, no microwave. The second issue was seen with the shower which had a strong water stream yet the shower had half a glass only and water spilled to the getting ready area by the sink. Third, the hotel had breakfast for purchase and not as a buffet like other hotels. One night my wife and I stayed to see a football game. Issue four, the front desk clerk didn't allow us to see the game in the large area with big TV. We had to sit at the bar and view the game on a small TV as he vacuumed the area. THAT was NOT a good call and bad customer service by the clerk.. The ladies cleaning the room were friendly and most front desk clerks followed their lead. We have stayed at many Marriott and this one was weak for the reasons mentioned. I would look to stay at another hotel in El Paso.

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed her one night as it has great proximity to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The room was a standard Fairfield configuration and was clean. We noticed there was no soap provided in the room. When we called down to the front desk, they said they were out of supplies and they suggested that if we had brought our own personal shampoo, to use that as an alternative. Things did not get better when we went to breakfast. They were out of milk and creamer for coffee. Had not hot breakfast options and just a few packaged muffins, hard boiled eggs but no fruit (not even bananas or apples). The told me at checkin, since their occupancy was low, they would put us on the ”quiet side”. We locked out and could see train tracks. So we though maybe the highway noise was louder than the train. It was definitely not quiet as trains consistently passed by through the night. I inquired to General Manager Kelsey Swanson, but was told that ”supply chain issues” were to blame, and that their hands were tied. We checked-out and headed for Carlsbad Caverns. As a Gold Elite member, there was no recognition during the stay and essentially we were told to ”get over it” and due without soap inthe bathroom or any passable breakfast for the rate.
刘刘The hotel is very good, the lobby and the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and very rich, the attitude of the waiters in the lobby and the restaurant are very enthusiastic, stayed for a few days, very good value for money Recommend
GGuest UserI prepaid and booked the hotel for 2 nights. I did not check-in the 1st night of my reservation. When I tried to check-in the 2nd day of my reservation, I was told that my booking had been canceled even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The hotel assistant manager asked to see the card i used for the reservation and charged me another $74 for the room I had already paid for. I am.now waiting for a refund from trip.com since my booking was honored.
GGuest UserUnfortunately there had been a reservation error and the hotel was without vacancy. I had just gotten into town late (after a long travel day) and was not in the mood to hear there was no room. Angela (the Lady at the front desk) listened to me gripe and without returning my frustration was able to free up a room. Words cannot express how impressed I was with her customer service and professionalism. JR
GGuest UserThe room had mold, holes in the wall smelled like smoke. The worker Jocelyn refused to do a refund. They messed up the names on the reservation after confirming, they gave a huge run around rather than fix the issue. I am still pending my refund but you better off staying in a ditch than this placeUpdate:manager is dodging calls and still has not issued a refund, but will continue to follow up until issued already reached out to corporate but will do it again.
Iisee47Hotel is 5mins drive from El Paso airport. No shuttle provided so uber there. Clean big room equipped with small kitchen, writing table and a single seat sofa. Lots of eateries nearby. Perfect👍
GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly and professional when we arrived at 11:30pm. However the 3rd floor hallway carpet was torn and peeling up in parts, which I was ok with, but the hallway had a strong urine smell...which is pretty gross. Room was clean. We were tired and left at 5:45am to continue our road trip. I was traveling witih my son, if I was with my wife, we would have gone to a different hotel.
GGuest UserI was a bit nervous upon seeing the property but once we gave it a chance we definitely didn’t regret the decision. I especially enjoyed that there were tons of families out near the pool area and the staff was very helpful
GGuest UserThe hotel is under renovation, so the entire property looks bad. The room we stayed in was dirty. It looked like the beds had been made and towels placed in the room, but otherwise, no cleaning had been done. The floors were dirty, with crumbs and stains on the carpet and loose hair and dirt on the tile. The broken bar of soap on the edge of the bathtub alerted us that the tub was dirty, so we skipped taking a shower in that room. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale tobacco smoke. There were loose sugar and creamer packets on top of the microwave. Outside, there was trash scattered all over. Yes, we realize that the property is being renovated, but this is not an excuse to leave trash on the ground. We stayed, but only because it was late and we did not want to risk being unable to find another room. The clerk when we checked in was polite and professional. That's the best we can say about this location.
