Made reservation in January for a June wedding, but the week before arrival the hotel emailed that the reservation was canceled. They did offer to move me to another brand, but I stayed at the Hampton next door. The Hampton is a nice hotel. Also, when my brother arrived to check in they informed him that his reservation was canceled. Somehow they "found" a room for him. Lost a loyal customer since 2003.

Booked this for one night as a pit stop on a cross country road trip. We got in late and had a clean, quiet stay. Room was very large, hotel seemed recently renovated. Breakfast the next morning had a wide selection. Was one of the best hotels we stopped at during our 14 day trip!

I really liked the hotel, very close to my work, fairly new, nice people, great rooms, comfortable beds, quiet area. The breakfast was below average, I hope the breakfast at other Fairfield Inns is much better.

Great hotel with event better staff. Melissa went out of her way to be kind and accommodating. Every member of the team was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-furnished. Wonderful experience at a convenient hotel with exceptional customer service.

Our check in was smooth the man at the front desk was awesome and friendly! Our first room, our toilet didn't work. We were able to get another room quickly and very close to our first room. It was spacious, the bathroom was also large, and the water was nice and hot in the shower. Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. The pool was closed for maintenance on our second day, so we did not get to use it. The only issue we had was a rude older woman at the front desk.

Well, after a long day of riding, I reached this hotel just in time for the rain to set in. I had planned to stay one day, maybe two, but the weather had other ideas. All that stated, the staff were awesome at accommodating my travel plan changes. They were efficient with my room processing, helpful with where to eat, and even suggested a motorcycle shop to help me with an chain tension issue. The room was clean, well appointed, and cozy. The water was hot from the time the spigot was turned on and the towels and bedding were very nice. I will definitely seek out this Fairfield Inn & Suites on my next pass through El Reno, OK

We stopped here after driving 16 hours from Arizona. It was easy to book that night and it had a great rate. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. If we had more time, I would’ve checked out the fitness center and pool, since they both looked nice!

I really can’t ask for much more in a hotel than a clean room and comfortable bed - and this hotel provided both! Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled and everything was in great condition. I had the best sleep I’d had in days! The shower even provided a ledge to prop your leg on while shaving- which is important for a woman! It wasn’t my favorite breakfast, although I don’t know why, as it wasn’t much different than other places. There just seemed to be fewer options. But it was free, so I can’t complain. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked for my parents while they road-tripped MS to CO for my baby shower.
Was able to easily get ahold of the front desk to confirm their booking since I don’t trust ********** and they weee arriving late.
Parents are rather picky about hotels and they absolutely loved this hotel. They said everyone was extremely helpful. They had arrived late and slept through breakfast, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and made sure they had something in their stomachs before a second day of driving.
Hotel was clean and comfy.
They had taken a little longer route for different scenery than Kansas and said they’d drive this route every time just to stay at this hotel.
