We chose the Residence Inn at a meeting point for family that were traveling from all over the Pacific Coast.  The hotel is very close to LAX so that was convenient.   Check in and parking ($13) were super easy.  Our 2 bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable for our family.   We had a chance to use the jacuzzi that was hot and the pool was heated.  Jessika (sp) was very attentive and kind, even with the multiple requests that we made.  She never once made us feel like we were bothering her, even while juggling lots of other tasks.   The breakfast crew was very friendly and the offerings were plentiful.  They adhered to covid protocols and everything was very clean and organized.   Lots of places to eat were close by, we even walked 2 blocks to The Toyota Sports Performance Center to eat dinner.  It is where the LA Kings practice, if you're a hockey fan you must check it out.  Thank you for a great quick stay, would visit again!

We've stayed here a few times before flights from LAX but this is the first time we've stayed here before a cruise. We arrived by taxi on a Friday evening around 8pm. It was nice that we were reimbursed for our cab ride. The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful. Always a smile on his face. Our room on the 3rd floor was fine but!!! It faced the front of the building and the blackout curtains just couldn't handle the amount of flight that poured in. We could have changed rooms but we didn't. We were only there for one night. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of vanity space. The breakfast in the morning was the usual stuff. Glad to find 2 waffle makers. Called for an UBER to take us to the San Pedro cruiseport.  No problem. Would I stay here again? Sure, as long as the room doesn't face the front. 

Great stay for the weekend. Ira in the breakfast area was awesome. I got the last of the orange juice and she noticed it was too sweet. I didn’t mind but then she replaced it and I realized after lol good laugh about it. Super sweet juice and super sweet energy and good vibe! Made my morning. The rest of the breakfast was great. Clean room and fast service when called. Front desk was very prompt in helping and responding too. Thanks residence team!
