Mes commentaires reflètent le fait que l'hôtel soit classé 5 etoiles en Espagne ➖️: Accueil Personnel peu accueillant qui ne parle pas français et ne cherche pas de solution si besoin. Restaurant, 1/2 pension Obligés de faire la queue pour pouvoir manger (fin septembre...). J'imagine l'été... Salle petite Buffet peu diversifié et petit (matin et soir) Gros manque de personnel Chambre Manque d'insonorisation ++ Animation Aucune ! Alors oui nous sommes en septembre, mais l'hôtel d'à côté s'éclate 🥳 en français, anglais et espagnol. ➕️ SPA Superbe ! Propre et bien entretenu. Multitudes de jets. Bonne température Horaires sans enfant agréable. Bonnet de bain obligatoire (2€ sur place) Extérieur très joli et bien entretenu. Des mariages y sont célébrés. Chambre Confortable (sauf l'oreiller traversin qui est dur) Spacieuse Chocolats et bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée Produits de toilette Propre Restaurant La dame de l'accueil multiplie les actions pour faire au mieux, enfin une personne agréable ! Réserver directement via l'hôtel afin de pouvoir avoir des boissons incluses On n'y retournera pas car il n'est pas à la hauteur

Spent a week with my partner bed and breakfast and we both were very happy with our stay, the hotel is lovely the pools the spa and the rooms, breakfast had a good choice also with a huge selection to choose from and a lovely greeting from Monica beeping you in every morning 😃 thank you Monica and all the lovely staff from the pool bar staff, life guards, security, all the staff were lovely and we had no problems thankfully while there, the beach is just across from the hotel and the bus stop too, we look forward to returning here again 😄

Hemos estado alojados 3 noches en este hotel, y la verdad que espectacular. La habitación es muy grande, tiene vistas laterales al mar.el baño todavía mejor, con ducha y una bañera muy grande. Teníamos contratada la habitación familiar pero al final nos dieron una clásica y nos abonaron la diferencia. No se escuchan ruidos salvo los de las actuaciones del hotel de en frente, pero no es molesto. El personal siempre muy amable, se han portado de maravilla. Además de ponernos una cuna para el bebé, también han puesto una bañerita pequeña para el. Destacar sobre todo el personal del restaurante. Gracias. El parking 15 euros la noche y nos han dejado cargar el coche eléctrico gratuitamente. Me guardo lo mejor para el final, le buffet. La primera noche tuvimos la suerte de cenar fuera en el parque y es de lo mejor que he comido en un hotel. Pizzas que las hacen al momento, barbacoas, gambones, paella, pasta… mucha mucha variedad. El desayuno también me ha encantado. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la playa y de las tiendas. Si sigue así, nos encantaría repetir.

Una semana en familia perfecta, el servicio y las instalaciones pero sobre todo el bufet, no muy amplio pero con unos platos de mucha calidad. La habitaciones muy confortables y el spa para relajarse todo el día. Cuando podamos repetiremos.

Struttura di lusso, cucina eccezionale, una delle spa più belle che ho visto, camere spaziose confortevoli e super accessoriate, sarebbe stato super top se avesse avuto spiaggia privata e parcheggio più capiente, personale gentilissimo e cortese.

Отель максимально отвратительный . При заезде , никто не проводил на парковку , хотя об этом просили . Номер дали грязный , вместо одела- простынь !!!! Тк в номере прохладно из-за кондиционера они дают плед . Старый в пятнах !!!!За 500€ в сутки !!!!! Переселили в другой номер - чуть лучше . Но везде все обшарпанное и старое . В отеле запах плесени постоянный !!!!! 4 дня подряд уборщица не меняла простынь - одела ( на ней были пятна от плесени ) За отелем такое ощущение вообще не смотрят . Завтрак 23 дня был один и тот же и не всегда свежий . Обслуживание персонала очень низкий . Кофе из автоматов, очереди огромные . Очереди на ужин выстраиваются огромные . Так как официант должна поболтать с кем-то . И это 5 звезда . Это худший отель , который можно себе представить ! Никому не советую сюда приезжать и тратить такие деньги !!!!
