Ya no es el mismo lugar de antes. Instalaciones no comodas, vendedores ambulantes dentro de las instalaciones, cocina sin capacidad de atender mucha gente. Calle de acceso destruida, no regresaremos.

Lastimosamente no vale la pena pagar tanto por este lugar. La comida rica y las personas que trabajan son amables sin embargo lo negativo: ropa de cama vieja y manchada, no nos dieron toallas limpias todos los días, éramos 7 personas y solo nos dieron 3 toallas el primer día, no tienen donde colgar la ropa, el vidrio de la mesa en la sala es muy grande y hace que todos se golpeen. Lo venden muy bien por las fotos pero hay mejores lugares por ese precio.

Property is very nice and clean, the beach was clean when we got there but on following days lot of trash came, maybe not hotel’s fault but they do need to clean it everyday

No regresaría, tienen mala atención al cliente, la playa estaba sucia, no limpiaban la arena y estaba llena de plastico por todos lados, mo regadera no servía, no nos dejaban poner musica en la piscina. En el restaurante tienen poco personal entonces tardan en atenderte.

My family and I have visited this place several times. During our visit in June 2023 we were traveling with a 1 year old child and 11 adults. We rented both penthouses, the air conditioning units in one of the penthouses weren’t working properly since day 1. One night, we woke up at 2:30am because of smoke and burnt wire smell. We went outside looking for the guards who decided to go find the sleeping manager in charge. The manager refused to come check the situation in our penthouse. We ended up calling 911, when firefighters arrived they told us to evacuate so he had to move to our family’s additional penthouse and slept on sofas. No one from management apologized nor reimbursed us that night. Something’s bound to happen there sooner or later because they don’t care, be safe.

Este lugar verdaderamente decepciona, se vende muy bien en publicidad, las fotos se ven super bien pero la realidad es completamente diferente, el hotel estaba extremadamente sucio, la piscina principal se veia asquerosa, verde, no tuvimos el valor de meternos, en la playa habia una cantidad de basura exagerada, estuvios tres dias ahi y los tres dias nos pasamos la tarde limpiando la playa pues era insoportable. La comida de muy mala calidad y precios elevados, lo unico rescatable era la actitud de la mayoria de los empleados pero la verdad es que por el precio de la noche se espera muchisimo mas, he visitado lugares de la mitad del valor en mucho mejores condiciones, definitivamente no regresaria.

We enjoyed the stay, the beach was lovely and so was the giant pool. Breakfast was nice and the staff was always helpful with requests for water, coffee maker and the like.
