The cottage was in good condition, some minor repairs are needed but the airs worked well, the kitchen was appropriately stocked and the patio overlooking the ocean was very pleasant.

Such a lovely little cottage. Well equipment kitchen and decorated so cute. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and star Gazing at night. We loved sleeping and hearing the ocean waves. What a treat!

Great location. Only one of the two A/C units was operational. 2nd A/C unit was open with parts lying on the ground. Bathroom could’ve used some cleaning prior to our arrival- had ants in the bathroom and 2nd bedroom.

Perfect getaway
Awesome clean little cottage on the beach. Very well stocked quite and close to seaspray. We loved it.

Great Beach House
Could not have been better location and view. Walk to Abaco Inn for dinner on the beach...... nothing is better.
