Hort de Nal es un hotel excelente. Por ubicación (Cerca del centro, rodeada de palmeras y en una antigua casa particular diseñada por Antonio Serrano Bru que por si sola, ya vale la visita). Por estar rodeado de jardines excelentemente cuidados. Por servicio (amable y atento a los detalles). Por sus habitaciones (cómodas, amplias y silenciosas). Un lugar para visitar y repetir.

Очень печальный опыт проживания в этом отеле! Я сняла номер на два дня. На второй день моего проживания ко мне пришли две девочки, что бы сделать мне макияж и укладку, пробыли они чуть больше часа и ушли, администратор приходила и видела что именно происходило. Но старший администратор начала конфликт, требовала с меня 200 евро за час пребывания их))) учитывая то что мой номер стоит 290 за два дня. Так же администратор общалась и вела себя по хамски. В результате я ушла из отеля раньше и переехала в другой отель. Не рекомендую данный объект размещения!

La maison est magnifique. Par contre, les murs sont très fins et nous avons passé une nuit horrible à cause de nos voisins qui étaient bourrés et qui nous ont empêché de dormir entre 00:30 et 2h du matin. Je pense qu’il n’y a pas de personnel sur place la nuit, ce qui est problématique lorsque ce genre de situation se produit. Heureusement, une personne de l’hôtel a répondu à notre appel à 1:30 du matin et s’est déplacé en 10 mins pour dire à nos voisins très bruyants de se taire. Ce serait bien d’avoir quelqu’un présent sur place la nuit.

Wonderful minimalistic experience. Love this hotel for the solutions and the interior choices! Absolutely loved the short stay. Will definitely come back! Private and comfortable with a great pool and it’s a short walk to the city centre. Lovely bars and restaurants close to the hotel as well. Thank you!

This hotel is gorgeous, it is a tranquil oasis that is serene and relaxing. The interior design is stylish and the pool and architecture is fabulous. The gardens and plants also set the scene nicely. The chef Jose Luis is super friendly and helpful and the food was presented nicely.

quel bel hotel, découverte magnifique. 8 chambres que j'imagine toutes aussi superbes que la notre.. qui donnait sur une terrasse, avec un magnifique jardin sous nos yeux, (palmiers, piscine..) un accueil exceptionnel et bienveillant (nous sommes les couple qui ne trouvait pas le chemin ! :) , un lieu que je vous invite à découvrir, à savourer...

Excelente hotel, con solo 8 habitaciones pero todas preciosas y cuidadas hasta el último detalle superando a cualquier hoteñ de 5 estrellas. Comida excelente equivalente a cualquier Jeff con estrella Michelin. Las habitaciones todas con terraza que nos hicieron sentir com en casa. Una piscina maravillosa. El trato a los clientes excepciónal y con mucha profesionalidad. Hemos estado en hoteles de 5 estrellas, pero el encanto que vivimos en este y la tranquilidad ,es la primera vez que han sabido traspasarla. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo, y resaltar la buena actitud que tuvieron con nosotros Lucía, Pilar y Alexandra. Vosotras sois un valor añadido a este expectacular hotel. Inma y Enrique

Es un hotel dentro de un palmeral y la paz que se respira después de una jornada de trabajo, también ideal viaje en pareja. Ideal, cerca del centro de Elche, caminando puedes visitar muchos lugares emblemáticos.

Perfect location within walking distance from city Center . Although hired a car , walked everywhere apart from visiting outside area . 8 bedrooms with views of pool and fantastic gardens . An oasis of calm and quiet in a city . Very clean , first time in a boutique hotel. Good value for money . Breakfast expensive for what available , needs improvement for British and international palate . Wonderful attentive staff throughout . Little things like quality toilet paper , tissues , in room to complete experience
