Wonderful hotel and staff fully wonderfully..
Staff fully helpful and always wanted to help...
Facilities are amazing
The only issue would be some lack of facilities signage
The swimming pool is not clear as to where it is nor is the farmhouse restaurant.
Reception are great but only one key is given as norm despite 2 people staying in a room.
Also clock for London had not been updated correctly. Reception staff wish to update but management seems to be strict on what they can do.
Front entrance are wonderful and so helpful.
Lifts for floor 8 and 3 are common but other floors require room key to work.
Not really explained as it is assumed patrons are fully aware.

Great customer service, excellent employee Christabel made me fill welcomed by assisting me check in and letting me know about all the amenities. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the cleanines, location, the breakfast buffet. This is the reason to more visit at EKA Eldoret.

Rooms are spacious and food is great. The buffets both for breakfast & dinner have something for everyone’s taste. Access to a fully equipped mall makes this your one stop place for everything you need in Eldoret. The Christmas promotion pricing is good value for money otherwise I personally would never pay their standard rates.

I had a perfect stay at EKA HOTEL. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which had so many options. The pool and other facilities were well-maintained and relaxing. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

I travel all the time for business and stay with well Known and rated hotel chains. This was the friendliest and most caring team I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The rooms, restaurants and security are all world class. I strongly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a safe friendly place to stay

Really nice hotel
So glad I booked this hotel. Quite modern very clean rooms. The staff were fantastic and the food had so much choice . Also the location was just perfect with shopping mall next door lots to see and do

nice motel just had a bad experience of poor servi
I loved the motel and the restaurant. Christabel in the restaurant went the extra mile and was fabulous. However, The gal at the front desk, I think her name was Faith, was very rude and disappointing. I left the motel with a bad taste in my mouth due to the way she treated me. I mentioned to her that I did not appreciate her behavior. Not sure I would stay there again if I got that kind of treatment.
