Super 8 by Wyndham Elgin

Disappointed Staff wasn’t to friendly. Floors were sticky. Forgot my toothpaste, so I asked at desk Gave me one then I asked for one for my husband and said they weren’t supposed to give out more than one but gave me one anyway. Had coffee to make in room but nothing to stir it with (really)

I'd stay again anytime Everything is updated and nice. Breakfast was included. Nice looking lobby and rooms are fine. Great Price. Very helpful people at desk.

Not worth it. The person behind the counter wasn’t rude but not at all friendly. The carpet was sticky, there was no conditioner, and the towels felt like sandpaper. They only has a waffle machine, coffee and orange juice. I wasn’t expecting much but perhaps some fruit or a cheap muffin for those who don’t eat waffles. I am pretty sure the hotel across the parking lot was $10 more and would have been a better stay. It was disappointing even for a cheap hotel.

It was good

The staff is very friendly. The lobby area is nice and the guest room is comfortable and clean with one exception. There was dried pee on the toilet seat. The room did not have a coffee pot. The internet was sporadic, tv buffering and difficult getting on some sites. The breakfast is very skimpy. Just waffles, cereal (which was stale), plain sandwich bread, fruit and yogurt. One nice thing is they allowed the homeless come in to take some coffee and a breakfast item after the breakfast hours. I thought that was very kind and considerate.

Very clean, good breakfast, great staff, good internet. A great all around hotel. A Wyndham property that treats guests well. Easy check-in and out. I wish I could have stayed longer
