This place was an absolute embarrassment. I walked down the hallway into my first ”smoke free” room. The hallway had the strong stench of smoke and I encountered an ever stronger smell of smoke in the room as if someone had just left the room. I asked for a second room, and cleared up the smoke issue for the most part. I was still down the same hallway and could smell it at my door. Both rooms had countless cigarette burns on the bed spread for a smoke free room. As I continued my night in my second room, I discovered no lightbulbs in the bed side lamps, no alarm clock, no tissues in the tissue dispenser, and crumbs in the drawers. The reviews here read highly of the cleanliness and the new renovations. Those remarks are clearly left by family and friends are meant to mislead. Nothing is new in the hotel or remodeled and cleanliness is not a term I would ever use for this place. Even the new less smoke room had the strong smell of mustiness. After staying at a higher priced hotel for my return trip through the area, I was reminded of the no health and safety procedures in place as we are currently still working through a pandemic.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. (in the United States many cars are sending a claxon when the doors are locked). We therefore asked to be moved to a quiet place of the hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel is not all new but well maintained. The hotel is close to the hotel and is close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, you will find several USB connections to upload your devices somewhere: heads, office ... Microwave and coffee/tea machine in the room. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Just next to a McDo, a Starbucks and a Walmart, but the night the neighborhood is very quiet. Breakfast eggs, bacon or sauce depending on the day, bacons and meal toast, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, yogas, hard eggs, gaffles (a room manager offers you to do it), fruit juice, coffee and deca. The next time we go to Sacramento is in this hotel we will go back!

My husband & I recently stayed overnight to see KISS at the Aftershock Festival at Discovery Park. We were very pleased. The Hotel is clean, modern & bright. Hotel is next to the Freeway but we hardly noticed any noise. The complimentary breakfast was good, something for everyone, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffle station, juice & coffee. We felt very safe as it is near an industrial area and we noticed a few unhoused individuals nearby. The property is fenced & gated. You must scan your room key at the front door to enter the Hotel at night. They also have a security guard from 6pm-6am. There was a nice looking pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. The only downside was there's no food/restaurants nearby and they do charge for parking, $8.50/night, but that's not bad. They do offer snacks & beverages for purchase in the Lobby and there's always UberEats. Another Hotel is being built nextdoor, so maybe a few food places will be built in the future. We will definitely stay again. Farrah & Lorena at the front desk were awesome. The were very welcoming, friendly and answered all our questions regarding ordering an Uber, parking & breakfast hours.

Very very, very good, it is recommended, right by the river, there is free parking, and the hotel service is very considerate. A daughter's toy lion was dropped in the hotel. I asked again after another day. The aspects are also very good, very cost-effective

We loved it here. We would be gone at our grandmothers hospital all day and nobody bothered our room. We got to enjoy the hot tub daily and had a great breakfast every morning. Only negative is our window was broken and didn't lock. But other than that we loved being here.

The hotel breakfast will start at 8:30, because it is necessary to hurry, so if you don't eat, the meal coupon will be wasted. The hotel offers free coffee and tastes good. I was overcharged at the time of check-in. Fortunately, I found out in time that the money was returned and the front desk was too unprofessional.

Overall: would stay again! Nice hotel, room, bar, food, very convenient location.
LOCATION: Convenient! Right next to DOCO and the Golden 1 Center. Old Sac is a few minutes walk away. Public transport nearby.
HOTEL: The decor was a lovely, sophisticated, modern take on various historical periods. Music is a theme, nodding to the historic past of the building.
Balcony bar - Art Deco. Clean, eye-catching, charming. Emerald velvet chairs and gold-toned metal accents, whimsical 1920’s & ‘30’s music playing overhead, and servers dressed in simple roaring ‘20’s attire. Menu: Small bites. Phyllo baked brie, oysters, ahi poke, short ribs, Asian lettuce wraps, and more.
1st floor restaurant - “7th Street Standard”, is the name. Bright & elegant with simplicity. This restaurant can be a standalone; it’s better than a “hotel restaurant” in food quality, artistry, and presentation. Didn’t eat here this time, but have before. I recall everything being good! Great drinks last time!! Had happy hour drinks this time ($10), still great! Handcrafted, fresh, subtle sweetness for balance, nothing syrupy or fake-colored (reg price $15). Happy hour food and drinks available 3-6pm. Full menu includes trout, salmon, pork belly, and other goodies.
ROOM: I like the decor. The lamps were cool: gold dipped bulbs, bronze-colored cones, retro meets are deco feel. There’s a handy motion-censored light under the bathroom vanity when you don’t want to turn on a bright light at night, light-framed mirror for easy getting ready, spacious bathroom. Views from my particular room were not worth seeing. Good blackout curtains in-room, lots of natural light when open. Bathroom basics included: shampoo, conditioner, lotion soap. Not included: q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The mini fridge could fit some small leftover food boxes. Plenty of outlets near the bed. I don’t recall any food snacks offered for sale. $5 Fiji. Open rack closet, and drawers available. I believe my room was 320 sqft, with enough space to roll out a mat and do a room workout, if that’s your thing (or gym on 4th floor).
AREA OFFERINGS: There’s a Starbucks Reserve steps from the hotel and many places to eat, drink & entertain within easy walking distance (steakhouse, bowling alley, movies, rooftop pool bar, beer vault, and SO much more!). While it’s a nice area (million-dollar condos and attractions next door), another block over in one direction becomes a not-so-nice area (homelessness and refuse), so just be mindful of what direction you’re heading, if that bothers you.
PARKING: There are unattended daily parking lots right next to the hotel ($13-$16ish/10hrs), hourly metered parking, attended hourly/daily lots, valet ($40 seems to get you 2-day parking with in & out privileges; I valeted early evening, pickup needed before 2:45-ish a.m. on the third day). Valet had a very easy texting system. They texted me my valet ticket with a clickable link to call my car when desired. The link let me know the progress of my incoming car (“requested”, “on the way”, “ready”), so I knew exactly when I needed to head out and could enjoy my time until then. You can tip through the link, too.

Traumatizing experience do not stay Who likes to be woken up at 6:30 in the morning? How about being woken up by the sound of your door opening? We’ll that’s what happened to me on Oct 17. At 6:30am I am woken up by the sound of my hotel door opening. I sprint towards the door to slam it on the intruder and look through the peephole to watch the intruder scurry away with a cart of some sort. After calling the front desk, they said it was a “maintenance man.” What? Why? Also, why would the maintenance man run away down the hall? Though I was furious l, I was equally tired. Without a deadbolt, I resorted to pushing furniture against the door to feel safe. I felt like a kid practicing for what to do in a school shooting. Fast forward to 10:30am. At checkout, I explained that someone came in my room, unannounced at 6:30. All I was given was “the maintenance guy made a mistake and went in your room.” No empathy. No sorry. No anything. I will never stay at this place ever again. The experience was horrible. The staff lacked empathy and responsibility for their actions. Don’t stay here.

Excellent
We enjoyed our stay at the TownPlace Suites. We were a little apprehensive about it being noisy when we were checking in, as there were a large number of little league players and their families staying there. But the windows were double paned, and even the boisterous pizza party on the patio didn't sound too loud in our room. And there is central a/c, not like those horrible through-the-wall units that many Marriotts now have. It was efficient and quiet. The only negative is the water (shower) has way too much chlorine in it. Bad for skin and hair, and smells awful.
Iibella09We stayed in a King suite and was disappointed. Bed was uncomfortable and with the smoke in the air outside we were smelling it in our room which was not good. We never opened the window and for us to smell it in the room was not healthy at all. We had to grab the extra blanket and cover the window at the bottom to prevent it from coming in which helped a ton. I let the lady at the desk know and she said gave a weird look and I was asking for a late checkout cause we didnt sleep very well cauae the smoke and she said it was ok for 3pm with $50 charge. I honestly feel she shouldn't have charged us because of smoke. We paid $205 per night for a room with the uncomfortable bed and smoke coming in the room. That will be last time we will stay there.
XXienwangxianzhiThe location of the hotel is very convenient, just off the highway. The environment is also very good, the room is quite big, but it is a bit old, and the floor can feel shaking when you walk on it. Breakfast at own expense, generally produced.
GGuest UserWe stayed @ 2305 Longport CT Elk Grove, Ca. room # 234/KXTD on 9/27/2022 This was the dirtiest Hampton Inn we have ever come a crossed. We are honor members. This was the first time that we have had a problem at a Hampton Inn. We were shocked by the room's lack of cleanliness. We were tired and just wanted to rest for the night after a long day. We ended up going to our car to get wipes to clean so that we would be comfortable. Below please find the list of issues we endured. Carpet in hallway leading to the room dirty and unvacuumed. Window in hallway looking outside had been slimed with who knows what. Floor in the bathroom sticky. Shower floor was dirty inside and out. We didn't shower because it was so gross. My husband washed his hair in the sink and the hairdryer didn't work. The vent in the bathroom didn't work and you could see into the vent, and it was filthy. The coffee pot was dirty/dusty and so we went down to the lobby to get a cup. (No regular creamer. Only hazelnut). I am allergic to nuts. The bed appeared to be clean, but the dust ruffle was dirty. I was afraid to look under the bed. The phone charging station and remote was filthy. The window coverings and the valance were falling apart and ripped. Both chairs in the room were extremely dirty and old. It was dusty inside the closet behind the mirror where the ironing board is stored. The old phones and light switches were gross. I could go on, but I will stop here. Needless to say, we had a restless night and should have asked for a refund and left. With families only beginning to travel again and covid still lurking in the background I think your hotel needs to do a better job. We were told that the maids were not doing their job, but it wouldn't be their fault the furniture and vents and window coverings needed replacing. Isn't it managements job to check on things and replace when needed? It is also managements job to make sure the rooms are clean. We paid $167.03 for the un-restful night.
李李Health and facilities are worthy of this price, moderate and the service is a bit unfriendly. On the day of check-in, I drove for nearly 10 hours. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening. I was too tired to sleep late. At 9 o'clock, the waiter came to knock on the door. I didn't know what to do. The person who opened the door had already left. After a while, I came to check out at 11 o'clock. I thought I would check out at 12 o'clock, and the hotel asked for 11 o'clock back. It was Just before I brush my teeth, the waiter opened the door directly, and knocked again 15 minutes later.
AAnonymous UserOld, hygienic porridge can be counted as a standard, the price is slightly lower than the surrounding area, breakfast is biscuits, parking is free, convenient transportation, high speed, surrounding dining facilities, but not much choice, 8 minutes drive from the concentrated business district, beautiful surrounding environment, feel good security
