Nice hotel property. Convenient just off Toll Road. Several restaurants in walking distance. Room was quiet, clean, well ventilated. Breakfst was OK. Staff friendly

Elevator was not working but a staff member helped to take our suitcase up, that helped us sr citizen.
Though left an item in the room did not receive any call from the hotel.

This place is dated but clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are great! The free breakfast is wonderful! The lobby reminded us of a stay in Ireland or Scotland.

Would like to keep coming here but check in time both times we have come here has been extemely long. This time we weren't informed that the elevator was not working until we were all the way checked in. Not good for older folks who have problems with stairs. Pool and hot tub hasnt been working for more than a month.

Not impressed with this place. We had checked in, went to our room to get ready for dinner. We had opened our window for some fresh air because the room smelled musty. We return after dinner to find the window had been closed and locked, meaning someone was in our room while we were gone. Went to the front desk to ask why someone was in our room, they were friendly but couldn't do much. There is a security camera right outside of our room. They said they would check it in the morning sometime. Not happy. Also my daughter found a bug in her bed. Other little things that just not impressed with.

Upon check in I provided a credit card for a $100 charge for incidentals. The clerk ran the card and said it was declined. I immediately logged onto my bank using my mobile device and showed her where the bank approved the $100 charge. She then asked for a $100 cash deposit when I gave her.
At 0330 in the morning my bank called me because there had been $1000 worth of charges made on my card after I checked in and she ran my card.
