The water temperature in the bathroom is stable, and the water output is also large, which is a good bathing experience. Overall a good stay. I would recommend this hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room. Great beds and pillows. SO MANY OUTLETS. Wonderful, however, no USB charging ports, so bring your converters. A/C and heater are old-school under the window style even though there is a thermostat on the wall. Odd, but worked well. Be careful with the bathroom counter. I didn't think about it, but they use bleach on the counter. Excellent for sanitation and cleanliness, but I placed a sweater on a wet spot and ruined it. The breakfast is the standard fare, but the eggs were quite salty. A few minor notes specific to our room: We were in room 209. The door doesn't naturally close fully. The shower doesn't drain very well, but the water gets quite hot and it had good pressure. The television has the typical Marriott choices, but it was constantly cutting out. This made it hard to follow what was happening and was quite frustrating. The wallpaper in the bedroom is separating from the wall at the seams. Minor issues aside, it's a very nice hotel.

The front staff was extremely rude, I got in my room and discovered it was only a shower and I have a toddler who can't take showers so I called up front and was told because I booked on a third party site I got what I got even though the room description pictures showed a bathtub. I felt like they looked down on me for using a third party instead of going through them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes and even mouthwash. Refrigerator in room. Fantastic breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee, teas. Very clean facilities and nice quiet room for good nights’ sleep.

WWarrenandLisa2013This is one of the Choice hotels and I have stayed here several times over the past several years. Since business keeps bringing me to Elkhart I am expecting to stay here at least two more times in 2019. The hotel is always clean. The staff is always pleasant and have been very helpful on multiple occasions when I have needed supplies or assistance. The suites are comfortable and I have always found the price to be reasonable. The free buffet breakfast is what you would normally expect at a choice hotel. A variety of cereals, fruits, coffee, juice, pastries and the egg dishes and breakfast meats rotate each day. I cannot comment on the pool or workout area since I never have time to use them but they seem clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

LLIYANThe real picture is shared with everyone. It's not bad. The environment is also very good. It's very close to the down town. It's a quiet town! Will live here in the future, relatively speaking, the price is also high.

GGuest UserThe kitchen supplies for 2 people but only 1 chair and a tiny desk to eat at. Has a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner non-intuitive glass-top range, MW oven and garbage disposal. Pots and pans are supplied, in new condition. Room lighting is barely adequate. The hot water failed, so cold showers. DirecTV has local channels only, no news, weather or movies, but plenty of shopping networks. The room is cleaned once a week, not resupplied and you have to take out your own trash to the dumpster. The air conditioning works as long as the room sensor sees you moving around enough. You can set the temperature but not whether it's in cooling or heating mode. There is free use of clothes washers, but they were all broken. Parking is adequate but if you have an EV, there are no Level 2 chargers. If you need a Level 3, the closest is 33 miles away on the tollway, 2 miles away if you have a Tesla. No one drives fast in Elkhart because every traffic light is red. Recommended if you plan to be here more than 2 days: We brought a dish rack for drying dishes, a sharp knife, laser pyrometer, salad scraper, paper towels, garbage bags, better facial tissues, a food cover for the MW oven, a Blu-ray player with HDMI cable and option to play movies from thumb drives. If you don't plan to cook in your room, there's no sense in staying in a place like this. As for being ”pet-friendly”, they charge $25/day/animal, but the rooms are way too small for any. We considered bringing our 2 guinea pigs but not at those rates and, other than the floor, there would have been nowhere to place their cage. We wished we had brought a folding chair. There is a recliner in the room but it was uncomfortable and difficult to eat in. It's like eating in your car. This is supposed to be a ”100% non-smoking facility.” Our room smelled strongly of tobacco. No amount of Fabreze could cover it up.

GGuest UserWe chose this place because it was pet-friendly, drive-up, and convenient, although at first glance, we weren't sure because of all the trucks lined down the street. It turns out it's popular with transporters who are moving RVs from Elkhart to other destinations. The motel was one of the best of the 20 motels we stayed at during our cross-country trip. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe -- and had great grass for our dogs (a rarity). We'd definitely stay there again.
