very nice environment， friendly service

When asked how she would summarize this stay, my wife said “clean and convenient.” We enjoyed our three-night stay here. All the women at the reception desk (esp. Katie and the super-helpful Erica; I forgot the other names, sorry!) were wonderful and helped us 1. extend our stay and 2. find something to lie on for our beach stargazing program. Due to oddities in our booking we stayed in two different rooms, and both were great (though the WiFi was weak in the second one). The breakfast was a bit disappointing—I skipped it once and my wife two days, though it’s hard to pinpoint why. I liked the yogurt. Would use as an Acadia “base camp” again.

Everything was good, including the outstanding breakfast. my only issue was the fan in the bathroom which was a little loud and was on non stop.

Super clean and pleasant helpful staff. Great water pressure, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and helpful staff.

This was the worth hotel we have ever stayed at ! We stayed there for 2 nights on vacation as it was inexpensive vut they had to rekey our room keys 3 times and it sill did not work in getting into the hotel at night. You have to use your hotel to get in at night so you don't need to go to the lobby but we couldnt so had to go to the lobby. we tried to call from our room phone to request wake up call but the main phone number was always busy and we had to go down in person to request it. The so called continental breakfast was like egg mcMuffins but there was only one microwave and everyone was hovering over it. There were no instructions on how long to microwave the egg muffins. Not a warm and friendly place. I would never stay there again For room serivce, you had to fill up a form to order each paticular item. if y=u ordered anything they would place in your room in a plastic bag . IT WAS WORST THAN A DORM ROOM ! I do not call that room service. In most hotels it is satifacrtion guaranteed, or you get your money back. We spent over $500 dollars and it was a waste of money.

Nice basic and clean

They are in the process of changing signage from Ramada to Wyndham. The main sign in High St still had Ramada and so we missed it the first time. The sign could have been covered over and something temporary put up. There were new signs on the building but you couldn't see them from the road

The staff was kind and professional. The hotel is nice. The room very clean and pretty. I know carpet was taken out to be more hygienic and they are difficult to maintain but I missed having carpet. Maybe put in a larger area rug. Secure it. Thank you.

Cooling system terrible, check in process was the worst ever and we travel all the time, the rooms were dirty.
