The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is very delicious and the breakfast is average. The restaurant service in the hotel is very good. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Overall, the hotel is good.

A warm welcome awaits guests to Great Fosters. Clean & pleasant rooms, immaculate bathrooms, comfortable beds, offer an excellent nights sleep. Despite the slightly damp weather we were charmed by the gardens and could quite easily imagine a summers afternoon enjoying each others company in such convivial spaces. We enjoyed a set lunch menu in the ‘Estate Grill’ our group all ordered something different - all arrived at the same time, hot and delicious. Having enjoyed our lunch we settled for a light supper in the bar - we were not disappointed. Breakfast, we opted for a lighter option was also very enjoyable. We look forward to returning to Great Fosters with our faithful hounds for a return visit.

What a fantastic venue! We held our wedding reception at Woodlands Park Hotel in July 2024. The building itself is beautiful, especially the Grand Hall, which guests loved. The team were very attentive and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that the day was special. Woodlands Park was also transparent throughout with their pricing. They gave us use of multiple function rooms at the hotel, which all came included in the package. There was also a private breakfast room for our guests the day after the wedding - the Team even went to the trouble of decorating this with our flowers, which was a wonderful surprise! We would like to mention Jay in particular, who we felt went above and beyond in helping to make our day a success. We met Jay at the taste-testing evening that the the hotel provides, where he set up the room for us to practice our first dance. Jay also did a wonderful job of helping to set up the wedding breakfast and evening party rooms! They were perfect. Our guests also commented on how much they liked the food and all received excellent table service. We would thoroughly recommend Woodlands Park Hotel!

A truly fantastic refurbishment, everything from the new outdoor furniture to the stunning decor inside and all the small details that some people seem to miss. The back garden is like a secret garden and you wouldn’t even know where you are. The menus both a la carte and breakfast have been completely changed and the food is seriously good. The bedrooms even though not refurb were clean, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. A great stay, a great dinner, a great breakfast, you can’t fault this place. Forgot to mention the important bit, the staff are engaging, knowledgeable and professional.

To here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall. The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4. Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'. The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges. The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems. The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc. The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough. It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK. The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.

Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Hotel was exceptionally and staff were generally friendly. Only thing they forgot was the kettle I requested for a replacement for the one in the room as it had a dirty filter, though the replacement never came it was still a good and economical stay, convenient location with lots of amenities around as it is a 10-15 bus ride from Heathrow airport .

After a 12 hour flight, staying at Moxy was a welcome relief. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They explained everything we needed to know so we could enjoy our stay. The room was spacious for a family of 4, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large selection of food and drinks ajd was a great wah to start the day. There is a small gym on the ground floor which is well stocked with a variety of exercise equipment. The theme and decor of the hotel is modern and artistic. Locstion wise, it is easy to get to from Heathrow Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and wished it could have been longer.

We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate
