The smell was bad in the room and out in the hallway and lobby. Check in was long and pointless. One of the back doors did not work where you can park at.

Everything was good just the checking out time, didn't like. We are able to get in at 3pm but have to get out at 11am next morning. Doesn't make sense

When we arrived for check in our room was not yet done (it was 330) which was no big deal they gave us another room due to us being in a rush. So they were very accommodating in that aspect.
Room was worn down. Paint was chipping, fridge was old and had rust on it. The worst complaint was the hallway had not been vacuumed for some time and the smells in the hallways were awful!! Cat urine, rotten fish, etc. it was ok for our trip but would not stay again.

The staff was very nice. It was pretty clean, but try and drop off someone in front of the building that has a hard time walking. There was no designated area to pull in for checkin and we don’t have a handicap parking sticker but one of us had a hard time walking and there was no place to go and there were cars honking at us for sitting by the door trying to get out of the car.
Breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal and muffins. Very disappointing.
