My experience was really very pleasant, the room is very comfortable, everything is clean, everything is organized, a good cozy atmosphere, no problem with parking, the staff was very friendly at all times. I liked it so much that it will be one of my favorite frequent places.

De ligging van het hotel is heel prettig. Niet heel ver van het vliegveld en veel winkels of eet gelegenheden in de buurt. Ook Chicago stad goed te doen. Goede ontvangst bij aankomst en top parkeerplek. Kamers lekker ruim en schoon

This location is isolated which is good for safety but bad for food and shopping. The hotel needs a renovation badly. Very dingy smell in my hotel room. There was a bottle cap on the floor when I walked in. Overall the room was clean and but just dingy. This hotel requires a $75 deposit but does not like returning it. I have called twice since my checkout and I still have not received my $75 deposit back. I travel often and have not had this issue before. I have reported them to ******* for not returning my deposit.

THE ROOMS SMELL BAD!
The room smelt like bad OB. It was probably the carpet. The clerk asked if I’d like to switch rooms, so I went and checked out a few other available rooms. The hallway didn’t have that smell, it had its own smell but wasn’t as bad as the rooms. Otherwise I guess the place is okay. I thought Clarion was a better brand of hotel.

The place is a little old. Not terrible, but not great. Our room was just okay. Middle of the road. My friend's room had wet carpet. Front desk service was friendly. We thought it would be a convenient spot to stay to access events in Chicago without having to stay right in the city, but traffic made the commute over an hour each way, so it wasn't all that convenient after all.
