Queríamos hacer una parada de camino a Lisboa desde Madrid y escogimos Elvas por su cercanía. Nos sorprendió el hotel. Tiene mucho encanto y mucha historia. Fue antiguamente Pousada y la diseñó un arquitecto portugués muy famoso. Lograron mantener la esencia de lo que fue pero con toques de modernidad. El pueblo es una pasada de bonito. Nos encantó nuestra estancia y volveremos sin duda.

A once distinctive property with many lovely traditional Portuguese features Rooms were large and clean However the building and grounds require maintenance and upgrading and basic TLC This could be a stunning hotel It probably once was but is stuck in a time warp Staff we’re polite and helpful Breakfast was bad

Hotel bien situado cerca del centro histórico de Elvas (10 min a pie), con parking gratis para los clientes. Es una antigua Pousada que ahora pertenece a otra cadena de hoteles. El personal de recepción es amable, pero se nota que las instalaciones están anticuadas y necesita una renovación y en algunas zonas una mano de pintura. En las habitaciones hay pocos enchufes y no están cerca de las mesitas de noche. En el cuarto de baño no hay calefacción y en tiempo frío puede ser un problema. El desayuno buffet es bastante mediocre.

Una confortevole pousada (oggi privata) vicino al centro e al forte di Sta.Luzia, camere ampie con riscaldamento a ventilatore e bagni confortevoli. Ampio parcheggio. Colazione abbondante.

Staff muito agradável e disponível, limpeza e cama de conforto razoável são as únicas coisas que me permitem atribuir nota positiva. Hotel de traça antiga, quarto frio que o ac no máximo teve dificuldade em resolver. Casa de banho imensamente fria e nada confortável. Pequeno almoço minimalista e com buffet demasiado simples. Valeu no geral a simpatia de quem nos atendeu. Podia ter nota negativa pois cobrar 93€ pelo alojamento de uma noite em Março é absurdo, no entanto, como quem aceitou ficar por este preço fui eu, não influenciou a minha avaliação.

Hotel was a bit quirky but comfortable, bathroom was cold, good location and plenty of parking, breakfast was a bit strange, the owner cooked us some eggs which were nice, hotel was very empty. Nice bar area with an open fire, restaurant could do with some background music

5 estrelas. Super limpo. Staff incrível e pequeno almoço e jantares deliciosos . Tudo sempre muito limpinho e organizado. A repetir sem duvida. Super recomendo para umas ferias bem passadas e de pleno descanso. Ambiente muito agradável e espaço acolhedor

Tem o bom gosto e projecto das velhas pousadas de Portugal, imaginadas pelo antigo regime para mostarem o melhor de Portugal aos visitantes estrangeiros, sobretudo diplomatas. Há quem não se reveja nestas arquitecturas, mas para quem as aprecia esta pousada é exemplar. Os quartos não são grandes, mas são suficientes. O serviço é atencioso e competente, e está tudo bem bom estado de funcionamento, do aquecimento ao wifi.

El restaurante el servicio nefasto, después de tener reserva y ser los segundos en sentarnos en un comedor con 6 mesas, tuvimos que irnos sin comer con dos niñas pequeñas, después de hora y cuarto esperando nuestra comanda, cuando habían servido todas las mesas menos la nuestra En vez de disculparse por su torpeza, uno de los camareros encima nos chilló e insultó Encima caro una botella de agua, dos cervezas, una mini ración de bacalado dorado y medio bollito de pan ( fue todo lo que nos sirvieron ) 25 euros
