Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Hafen gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Der Blick über den Hafen und der Sonnenaufgang sind wunderbar. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel vorhanden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Schon am Empfang wurden wir mit der Eistruhe überrascht, in der kostenloses Eis verfügbar ist. Wer mit dem Rad kommt, kann es in der gesicherten Fahrradgarage abstellen. Dort ist einiges an Werkzeug für den Notfall verfügbar ist. Auf dem Zimmer ist die kostenlose Minibar ausreichend gefüllt. Alles im Hotel ist sehr sauber und hochwertig. Freut euch auf das Frühstücksbuffet. Einziger Wermutstropfen wie fast überall: Auf der Terrasse wird man vollgequalmt. Schade.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, direkt an der Delft mit gutem Fitnessbereich und Saunabereich. Minibar ist inkludiert. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Service beim Frühstück ist persönlich und sehr freundlich. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und wir haben uns somit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great service all round. Clean, spacious good quality rooms, good breakfast and service with a smile. Breakfast is included in the price and comes along with a complementary minibar with soft drinks and beer, including coffee and tea. Very comfortable beds. The only thing I missed in the room was an iron for a creased shirt (I didn't ask, but maybe they have one at reception). The dining area is spacious yet has a cosy feel. There is a terrace by the waterfront and although I didn't use them, there is a gym and sauna in the basement. Close to Emden centre, parking is free for guests (subject to availability) and there is disabled access throughout the hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes walk from the hotel The price seems quite high, but it is reasonable value for money, taking into account the high standard of service, and of course the complimentary breakfast, minibar and parking.

Das Hotel kann bedenkenlos mit sehr gut bewerten.Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Hafenblick. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung und die vorhandenen Pflegeprodukte sind in anderen Hotels nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz bietet auch kaum ein Hotel mehr. Ein sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal, zum Abschied gab es noch gekühlten Sprudel mit auf den Heimweg. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Spontan anlässlich eines Arztbesuches gebucht. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Liegt ideal sehr Zentral und Stadtnah. Fußgängerzone, Otto Huus und Hafen in 3 Min. erreichbar. Unschlagbar auch der "Fischbrötchenwagen" gleich gegenüber. Nur mal so, als Vorschlag.👍 Gleich bei Anreise einen Bademantel für den Saunabereich angeboten bekommen. Sehr gutes WLAN vorhanden, sehr ruhiges und ansprechendes Zimmer mit kostenloser Minibar, kleiner Coffee-Station und einem besonders tollen Frühstück am nächsten Morgen. Also da gibt's wirklich nichts zu beanstanden, daher; jeder Zeit wieder. Alles TOP!

To start with, an excellent location, within walking distance of the centre. The hotel has 2 parking spaces: 1 at the hotel and 1 across the street. These are free for overnight guests. The hotel does not have a restaurant (but it does have an excellent breakfast buffet at a very reasonable rate!). There is a restaurant right next to the hotel, but there are plenty of dining options within a fifteen-minute walk. I thought the room was excellent. Good mattress, safe, minibar (free soft drinks and beer). There was also little wrong with the bathroom. In fact: finally a hotel where the placement of the (very good) shaving mirror and the toilet roll holder has been carefully considered. Attention to detail!. The reception staff are helpful. Also pleasant was the option to check in or out early or late for a very reasonable fee. In short, an excellent stay!

The hotel is perfectly located on the Delft. Only a few minutes from the city and the highlights. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient, the staff were consistently friendly and courteous. The ladies at reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We would definitely stay again

Great hotel! Everything looks new and very well maintained. Large, beautiful, stylish rooms. Staff are super friendly. Parking in front of the building, 5 minutes walk to the center (Ottohuus). Breakfast is very tasty. In the afternoon there is free coffee and cake. If you are in Emden, then stay here.
