A group of four girlfriends went out for fun. We all wanted to live together and take a hot spring bath. There were not many cost-effective options that met the conditions. I chose the parent-child room in Emei Hotel. Although it is a parent-child room, it is no problem to accommodate four girls. The location is also very convenient. You can take the Emeishan sightseeing bus diagonally opposite.
A dedicated butler contacted us one day in advance to ask about the arrival time to arrange pick-up. When we arrived at Emeishan Station, the butler had already held a sign at the exit to pick up the car. Our exclusive butler Xu Yanpeng's service was particularly attentive and meticulous. After picking up the car, he arranged the entire process, led us to check in, and explained all the precautions for various accommodations in detail. They also remind us to avoid some tourist traps, and contact us at any time to give you tips on travel, which is great! The hotel's hot springs are quite good, with several hot spring pools and swimming pools for swimming. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very good, with a rich variety and delicious taste.
The weather was not good when we came down from Mount Emei. We were delayed waiting for the ropeway and the sightseeing car. We almost missed the return train. We contacted the housekeeper who helped us make arrangements. Finally, we directly arranged for the car to load our luggage and pick us up at the sightseeing station and take us to the train station to catch up. I'm so grateful to Miss Xu Yanpeng!

We stayed at Emeishan Gand Hotel on two separate occasions. We were impressed by the attentive service made by our hostess Miss Geng and she had made all the effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated all the effort the staff at Emeishan Grand Hotel had made and the idyllic location of this hotel made it the perfect base to explore the majestic Emei Mountain and is surroundings.

The hotel has provide excellent service during my stay. From the free pick-up to the check-out of my stay, I have well taken care by them. The hotel has assigned a person in-charge (小谭) for my stay, he really did a good job. He has answered all my question patiently and helped me to arrange for a drop off to the train station.
