Clean n nice hotel , would like to stay in next time. Staffs are very helpful n polite.

Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Everything is good except tHe smokers are everywhere including the dining area, lobby.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient commercial facilities around and close to the passenger service center. The room is also very clean and was upgraded for free. It is very comfortable for a family of three to live in. There is a refrigerator, kitchen, and washing machine. The service is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is also OK. There is a hot spring pool, and the children also went to soak for a while. Overall very satisfied

The room design and layout are very elegant, stylish and comfortable. The service attitude and quality are very good, and there are hundreds of free butler services. It really makes people feel at home. My child said he really wants to live here!

Due to the weather, we temporarily arranged a trip to Mount Emei. We booked a room and arranged a pick-up at the station after we got on the train. We could pick up the train for free at the high-speed railway station. We could also arrange a battery car to pick up the room between the lobby and the room. It was very close to the Emeishan Passenger Transport Center, which was only a ten-minute walk away. There were also free hot spring supper and milk tea, etc. Although we didn't experience them one by one, we could see that they were meticulous and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable. The room manager was very considerate. I saw the sky outside the window before leaving, which gave me a reason to come back next time.

Although there is a shuttle bus service, you still have to wait every time you call the car, and you can walk there if you have the time.
