前台服務比較貼心，因為家庭出行，在能滿足的情況下幫忙調換了更適合的房型。前台解釋因為節假日所以保潔人員緊張，所以衞生問題比較多，尤其是衞生間和床頭死角。另外客房保潔人員需要加強培訓了:早上8點半左右沒有敲門就直接刷卡打開房門了。雖然大姐解釋是因為系統顯示這房間是臟房，但是進門前先敲門確認是否有人，也是客房工作人員打掃衞生必須要有的步驟啊。不過性價比還是挺高的，其他地方再提升一下會更好吧。
