The accommodation is in the park, and I am very satisfied with the first experience. The location is also very good, there is a beach outside, but it is blocked by trees, and the room is almost quiet without hearing the waves. There are also many facilities in the park, which are very complete.

This is the best park we have stayed in over four months across four states. Fantastic value for money. Everything is new and extremely well maintained. Amenities block is bathroom goals, beautifully designed with stunning timber ceiling. Splash park, mini golf and jumping pillow for families. Walking distance to sensational beach. Pet friendly even through school holidays. We came for three days and stayed for three weeks. The management were sympathetic to our car breaking down situation and rearranged their caravan park schedule numerous times to accommodate our needs. There is so much to see and do in Albany and the restaurants and cafes are top quality. We really enjoyed our stay in Albany at Big 4 Emu Beach Holiday Park. 🙏

Being in a wheelchair, my Carer and I were very impressed with the layout of the Deluxe Villa we were assigned during our recent visit, showing off Albany to my brother. It is one of the best villas/accommodation I have stayed in for a long time! Overall it was very comfortable, cosy and all the added little extras were a bonus. The grounds were beautiful, clean and this is definitely our next place to stay when next in Albany - hopefully for a longer stay! Thanks to the team@ Big4 Emu Beach.

The Emu Beach caravan park in Albany is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The grounds are immaculately looked after, amenities are second to none, the amenity blocks are so clean, and modern and the staff are very accommodating. At night it was so soothing to hear the waves crash on the foreshore which is alongside of the park. The sand is so pure white it is striking and although there is severe erosion happening the walking trail accessed from the park was exceptional.

Located a little out of Albany, Emu Point caravan park offers a quieter, relaxed place to stay: particularly out of season when good deals are also available. We were staying in our camper trailer: sites were well grassed and of reasonable size. Reception personnel were both friendly and helpful. Amenities were excellent. Nothing to complain about here.

Amazing caravan park that has every amenity imaginable. Amazing location at Emu Point. A large park that is more like a small suburb. Spotlessly clean. Would have liked to give it 5/5 however wifi has low capacity and doesn’t work when the park is full (school holidays) and I witnessed some pretty poor customer service when I checked-in.

We visited Emu Beach in the first week of the school holidays and stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe chalet. It was a little squishy in the main dining/kitchen/lounge area, but we made it work for the 5 night stay. We have 2 boys, 8 and 6, and we barely saw them when we were back at the park! So much for the kids to do, and our chalet was opposite one of the jumping pillows plus the movie theatre and mini golf. The splash water park was absolutely fantastic, and the boys said it was their favourite activity at the park. The only small issue I had was with the laundry facilities. The info in our compendium had the incorrect cost for using the washing machine and I had trouble with the coins getting stuck, but hubby sorted it out. The location was great! Woolworths at Bayonet Head is a 10min drive away and the city centre is about 15mins. The beach is sheltered and perfect for kids including Emu Point, which is about 3min drive away.

This caravan park is my favourite of all time! We have stayed in a lot in WA and this one just really can’t get any better in our opinion. The kids were well entertained, with the amazing water park, jumping pillows, recreation room, playground and just the huge clean and fun place to be and meet other kids! My husband and I loved the chilled atmosphere and all the staff were friendly and helpful and even came to our site on arrival to offer help! Amenities were great, very clean and modern. The location is superb, right on the beach and so close to Albany central! We could not fault anything at all. And thank you for letting my daughter and I do chalk drawings on the road without being told off haha (sorry). We have booked another holiday back already and we can’t wait! See you in two weeks haha. Thanks for everything, keep up the amazing work.

Very impressed with this caravan park well laid out friendly and efficient staff, clean facilities well maintained green grass sites with concrete slabs and shade trees, easy access to the beach for swimming fishing or just walking along the bush lined footpath. Family friendly lots of entertainment for kids including a great water park. When I first booked I thought it was a little pricey but have changed my opinion it is great value for money.
